Obamacare watch...Supreme Court Decision

Are you aware that the U.S. Constitution requires that there always be a USPS?
I don't think you do because you are not aware of the true history of USPS.
There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that would prevent the closing and disbanding of the FBI, CIA, FCC, etc. because they are not Constitutionally required. But Congress would have to amend the Constitution in order to shut down USPS.

I'm not talking about US Constitution, I'm talking about break the union contract.

that's not what he said. he's only referring to union contracts.

He did but you conveniently ignored his point about absentee ballots. If there is no USPS, there us no security. I already know you know it is a crime, but not a federal crime, to steal from USP, FedEx, etc. but it is a federal crime to steal from USPS, but the Constitution. Bet you he does not know this.

that's why Bernie Madoff and the riches are in jail.

Did you even read you second point? Did you think I would ignore it?
You have a lot to learn, so take my advice and read and not post about the USPS.

that's not what he said. he's only referring to union contracts.

Yup, that's correct.

Speaking about US Constitution, the court is supposed to handle about constitutionally of case.

For mail fraud, not raising the government. They stole from people like you and me.

I have no idea what you just said or what you're trying to say. you're really way off the tangent. I don't think you understand what we're talking about in the first place.

I have no idea how it went from requiring Congress's approval to break off union contracts to some mail fraud. :dunno2:

I seriously doubt your statement, unless you are comparing inflation cost todays military retire get more that those of 20 years ago. Think logically.

I'm serious, I learned from my father and he told me about the congress changed the military pension for all newer retirees in around 10 years ago to save money so any service members who retired beyond to change in pension, they get less earn than my father did.

Yup, that's correct.

Speaking about US Constitution, the court is supposed to handle about constitutionally of case.

The Supreme Court interpreters the Constitution but can not change it. Only Congress can do that. And after Congress changes it the court rules if the change is constitutional. As I said you got a lot to learn.

I'm NOT discuss about US Constitution.

I'm questioning about UNION CONTRACTS, not US Constitution.

Some states already killed the union contract to save money, it is part of spending cut.

focus focus focus rolling. focus focus focus!

Post #227 & #256 are YOURS, you brought it up. Do you always conveniently forget what you post?

Excuse me, it isn't brilliant idea to challenge me and you pulled me into wrong place.

I ALREADY know that Supreme Court interpret the US Constitution and they have authority to upheld or strike the law that is violation of Constitution. I already know that change in the constitution require 2/3 from the congress and 3/4 from state.

I already took 2 history courses at college and I'm not dumb about the constitution.

Time for you to take my knowledge out of argument.

Yup, I think the congress has authority to kill the union contract whatever they want, especially if USPS seeking emergency assistance to deal with crisis.

Yup and the absentee ballots are done by USPS too.

See Foxrac??? You did post about USPS deliver of absentee ballots.
I guess you concurrently forgot about this.

Yup, that's correct.

Of you already knew about the U.S. Constitution, Congress and the Court, why did you post this garbage?

Excuse me, I don't mention about US Constitution.

You are right, you did not. I did because you did not know, until now, that the U.S.Constitution forbid the close if USPS without a change of the Constitution.
In other words, I was giving you a lesson in the Constitution.

*PALM MY FACE*

It seems like you don't understand about what I was saying.

I'm saying that court is only way to handle the law whichever is constitutional or unconstitutional by interpret the constitution. US Supreme Court is final court to rule it. For example, if the congress wants to shut USPS down and someone think it is unconstitutional to shut USPS down so will challenge in the court.

You are right, you did not. I did because you did not know, until now, that the U.S.Constitution forbid the close if USPS without a change of the Constitution.

let me help you....

true or false?

Some of my questions are hypocrite, nothing is serious.

I don't think USPS will going shut down and most people still need USPS badly. If I relocate to Honolulu in few years due to best bus service for people with usher syndrome, I do need USPS so badly due to flat rate on shipping since UPS and Fedex are more expensive.

The crisis about USPS isn't funny, that's not funny at all and we have to fix to make USPS to free away from financial trouble.
