So, you agree with Mitt's guy then?
Yes.
So, you agree with Mitt's guy then?
Yes.
Ah, so you think the mandate is unconstitutional then...
I have mixed feeling on individual mandate.
I'm just happy that healthcare reform is constitutional instead of entire of law strike down.
But, it's not constitutional if it is not a tax.
Also it is going back to court anyway.... The court ruled it is only constitutional as a tax. Thing is, taxes can only be assessed through tax bills and tax bills must originate in the House. Therefore this bill was passed illegally. And then there is the whole "type of tax" issue.
Oh really, the health reform bill will go back to court again after final ruling from US Supreme Court?
For me, no idea because I don't see any articles.
Some read articles.....some involve themselves in the process.... sigh
Don't believe him because he made it up since he didn't provide a link.I don't see any official article about individual mandate to be re-challenge because it didn't pass in the house at first place.
It is unforgettable for me to know about tax must be come from the house at first place.

US Constitution Article 1 Section 7 Clause 1......Pretty basic stuff really.
So by your interpretation of the Constitution. Nothing official...
and?You don't know what you are talking about because you don't work for USPS. I DO. Did you watch PMG's video announcements with CC every two months? I DID.
Since it's closing small plants this summer... did they get an approval from Congress/committee to do so?All you do is talk shit because you got less info from media while I get more info from PMG. Illegal? JFC! As we speak, it's closing small plants this summer and then will not close more plants until elections and X-mas are over since we will be very busy during that time.
and?USPS has power to buy, lease and sell. It says so in one of your links.
no I did not know.Congress failed to make a decison by deadline on May 15th, 2012. Did you know?
why the hostility? why so angry? calm down. No, because you don't work for USPS. I know because I work for USPS. Damnit!
If you can't answer my question, you fuck up again.
I feel sorry for you since you keep asking "and?" which tells me that you have no common sense.and?
Since it's closing small plants this summer... did they get an approval from Congress/committee to do so?
and?
no I did not know.
why the hostility? why so angry? calm down.
why should I answer your ridiculous question over and over and over? you do not get it anyway.Since you, Jiro, are at this moment seeing that CrazyPaul is posting you have not answered his question and you have accused me of slander, I'll give you two examples that I'm not committing slander. There are other examples on AD but I think two is enough.
Example one is my post#97 on this thread where I ask a question to you.
so? that's your response to any answer that you don't like. Just because you asked a question doesn't mean it warrants an answer. Most of your questions are incomprehensible and incoherent.Post #100 was my informing you that you made a non-answer. Post#103 was your way of telling me "too bad". So I'm still waiting for an answer.
Yes I did answer her question. and I also asked a question for clarification in Post #182 which was left unanswered.Example two is of Grayma on the thread: What Happens if the Supreme Court Stripes Down Obamacare"
Post #147 Grayma ask you a question. Then Post#178 Grayma then ask you why you did not answer. I'm sure she is still waiting for an answer.
the truth is.... you and grayma are not interested in truth and common sense.... only to see me bannedSo three members are enough, IMO, for your proof.
I am sorry for you that you harbor such bitterness and hatred for so long from working for government which you hate. I am sorry that you are biting the hand that feeds you.I expect an apology from you for your false accusation but will not hold my breath.
