Obamacare watch...Supreme Court Decision

*PALM MY FACE*

It seems like you don't understand about what I was saying.

I'm saying that court is only way to handle the law whichever is constitutional or unconstitutional by interpret the constitution. US Supreme Court is final court to rule it. For example, if the congress wants to shut USPS down and someone think it is unconstitutional to shut USPS down so will challenge in the court.

You don't have to give a second to thinking someone would shut down the USPS nor some individual changing the Constitution. The court does not become involved at all until Congress, the whole not an individual, makes the change. So to even think some one (i.e. The Postmaster, the President) can shut down the USPS is plain silly.

In bold - you are just accusation about what I was saying - that's not true.

I'm sure that congress do aware about the constitution protect USPS from shut down, if they don't then the court will kill the shutdown bill.

Since you are so famous for NOT answering other AD members questions to you, I will return the favor.

what questions?

and I guess you want to be famous too for not answering a question. and deflecting. Foxrac - why don't you ask him the same question as I did? perhaps he may answer your question instead.

Break the union contracts do NOT kill or shut the USPS down, it is more hard on workers, that's big difference.

Rolling7 - do you think that congress have authority to kill the union contract?

Don't even try to play dumb about questions put to you by AD members that you concurrently never answered. The many threads where this happened makes you No.1. I'll give consideration to paying respect where respect is giving.

BTW: I had not idea you and Foxrac are a team. I'm not teamed up with anyone.

so you could not give me a specific? no proof at all? well then that's a slander. a serious one you've made.

what team?

Yes, but that won't change anything. Here is why (and I know you don't know this because you don't know anyone who worked with Postal Management like me) Congress would take up debate and vote and send the bill to the POTUS to be signed. In the meantime all union members would retire. Take my word for it, they well get their pension.

If you don't believe me, here is something else I know you don't know.
For the USPS workers NOT to get THEIR pension would mean those employers of the FBI, CIA, FCC, etc. won't get theirs. All these employers are in the same system, either CSRS (very few left) or FERS. So no POTUS wants to get ALL these employees mad at him/her and have them galvanized to get him/her out of office, which is sure to happen giving that he/she cost these folks their jobs.

what team?

Nope, no slander. There are plenty of lusty from members asking you why you never sneered the question. That this up with Alex or the MODs, they will go back into all the post and find proof for you.

Did you not instruct Foxrac to ask me and did he not do so?

you are accusing me of not answering a question therefore you are required to show me a proof. so where exactly is it?

Did you not instruct Foxrac to ask me and did he not do so?
that doesn't make us a team. I simply showed you a question that he was asking you which you repeatedly ignored.

Yup, that's correct, both of you and I are not team.

I'm not person to toss rolling7 out of window and treat him like Rocko.

that would be illegal. USPS is awaiting from Congress for approval.

it's not about USPS going to fail. it's mainly about paying for retirement benefits. I hope it doesn't fall on taxpayers' burden to pay for it.
You don't know what you are talking about because you don't work for USPS. I DO. Did you watch PMG's video announcements with CC every two months? I DID. All you do is talk shit because you got less info from media while I get more info from PMG. Illegal? JFC! As we speak, it's closing small plants this summer and then will not close more plants until elections and X-mas are over since we will be very busy during that time. USPS has power to buy, lease and sell. It says so in one of your links. Congress failed to make a decison by deadline on May 15th, 2012. Did you know? No, because you don't work for USPS. I know because I work for USPS. Damnit!
