Both of my posts are not related, just different way.

You need stop to trolling me into wrong direction.

Yeah, you're right, he should troll you in the right direction.

Pretty scary to see this, making judgements as if all of the facts were already there. There's this familiar refrain, acting stupidly, that ought to be a good reminder on not to jump the gun.

Look at me - txgolfer, steinhauer, rolling7 and kokonut.

I decided to side with Trayvon Martin after reviewed with article and Jiro made very clear regard on Martin's case. Both of my good friend (not Jiro, even not in AD) and I had long communication about situation with Martin's case.

Martin's case has caused me to sadden and made me so nervous about what is going on the world.

I don't understand why are you attacking my post and trolling for no reason, even I just made clear up.

If you don't like my stand then TOOBAD, it doesn't change about how I was way, period.

The only thing I have seen is that it was pointed out you are taking sides without all the facts being presented. I haven't taken anyone's side - I am simply saying that Zimmerman has a right to have the benefit of a doubt since nothing proves he is guilty.

That can certainly change in court - but that has not even happened and I don't know if it will.

Jiro answered your post and he said no, Zimmerman didn't have any self-defense because he was chasing Martin. It is obviously that Zimmerman started to got in trouble since Martin did nothing at first place.

I believe that Zimmerman will be eventually arrested after investigation has finished.

My decision is NOT based on his race.

Otherwise, if there is lacking of justice for Martin so riot or civil unrest may erupt, just like 1992 LA riot - that's what I'm concern about aftermath of this controversy.

Then why haven't the police listened to Jiro's infinite wisdom on this matter? Zimmerman was not "chasing" Trayvor, he was following him while on the phone to 911. What prompted his call to 911? Nothing?

Something Trayvor had done prompted Zimmerman to call 911. What was it? A crime? There were burglaries in that area so maybe Trayvor either intentionally or mistakenly did something to arouse suspicion - we do not know all the details yet.

That is all anyone has been saying - they have not been trolling - just disagreeing with you.

Well, it is your choice to not read his post and I see your argument as nonsense, no offense.

They are free to disagree and they should be more civil than being troll on me. If I disagree with you again so time for move on without countless debate. I feel that debate between you and me are zero benefit and very misunderstood.

Final, I don't change my way, period.

Was it his right to carry concealed?
yes and you should know what responsibility that CCW permit entails. and you should know what you can and can't do with it and the legal implication of your decision and action regarding CCW in public.

Are you claiming to know what nobody else knows (i.e. how it all went down)?
such as?

How do you know Trayvor never committed a crime - were you there?
was Trayvon charged with any crime? did store report a crime committed by Trayvon? and exactly what crime did Zimmerman witness?

the answer is NONE therefore Zimmerman has no legal justification along with self-defense in this case. He put himself in danger when 911 dispatcher told him not to and Trayvon was within his legal rights to protect himself from Zimmerman if physical altercation did occur between them. It is possible that Trayvon fought with Zimmerman because he must have freaked out when he saw Zimmerman with a gun and he had no choice but to fight.

that's the problem. what crime did Zimmerman witness? That's the only thing that would give Zimmerman a legal justification. No crime, no legal justification. it's that simple.

since you, media, and police department have no answer for that at this moment... all evidences are currently pointing at Zimmerman as vigilantism gone wrong.

What evidence?

the evidence that Zimmerman does not have that would exonerate him.

Do you mean the eyewitness that came forward claiming that Zimmerman was acting in self defense?

(uh-oh)

Puhlease get your facts straight man

No one is attacking your post or trolling and no one expects nor wants you to change your opinion either.

We are merely expressing our opinions which of course we are entitled to. A summary of our opinion is that we prefer not to rush to judgement. Always best to wait for all the facts. However is you prefer to jump to conclusions that is your right. I assure you we all want justice in this case, but it would be an injustice to claim Zimmerman is guilty before he is proved guilty.....In my opinion anyway. Our entire criminal justice system is founded in the belief that one is innocent until proved guilty afterall.

Do you mean the eyewitness that came forward claiming that Zimmerman was acting in self defense?

do you mean the one that contradicts with several witnesses' testimonies plus police's failure to properly investigate the matter?

All evidence that you are aware of that is.

“When I got upstairs and looked down, the guy who was on top beating up the other guy, was the one laying in the grass, and I believe he was dead at that point,” John said.

No - the one that came forward today. Alleged eyewitness backs George Zimmerman in killing of Trayvon Martin - NYPOST.com

“The guy on the bottom, who I believe had a red sweater on, was yelling to me, ‘Help, help.’ I told him to stop, I was calling 911,” John told the TV station. Zimmerman was wearing red.

All evidence that you are aware of that is.

and you are evidently showing a contradiction in your Post #95.

I find it amazing that nobody is criticizing Zimmerman's reckless action by ignoring 911 dispatcher and taking this matter into his own hands like Charles Bronson.
