And it has to do with the way the media is reporting the case. I still don't have an opinion on what happened, because I still do not think I know a darn thing about it except one person is dead.
The reason I don't know a darn thing about it is because the media, by actions like reporting that Zimmerman is a 'white hispanic,' as though that were a real thing or mattered either way, has indicated they have a narrative to tell, and they will frame their story to fit the narrative.
If Zimmerman were black, I don't think we'd have heard about the story at all.
Therefore, it appears to me that most of what we think we know is bogus, if we 'know' it because we read it in the news.
