Texas inmate, 67, set for execution in slayings 31 years ago

Do you think its easy to prove? Your phynny!

You see, DA is a crook, why trust him in past when it comes to death penalty?

I trust NO DAMN person in justice system when it comes to convict somebody.

Guess your too retarded to understand.

I see. so Richard Matt and David Sweat were wrongfully convicted?

It doesn't make sense to me at all.

Supossedly, you get arrested for breaking in but you didn't break in, you will take a plea deal?

Supposed you were get caught as wrong suspect, cop kept asking you same question over and over and over constantly, your mind could get stressed out to the point you'd end up plea guilty to the crime that you have NOT committed so that they stop asking you same dumb question, these kinds of mistake innocents can make when it comes to dealing with stress. Not everybody handles stress the same.

In his mind, all prison inmates are innocent and should be released early.

Inncoent, innocent, innocent...

All true stories...
Point (A) girl goes shopping, her husband is sick witb sinus issues...naturally she gets Sudafed...gets popped for narcotics and shoplifting....cops says she stashed more in her purse...she gets arrested ... fights for bail...gets out...but doesn't have her purse...it's at home and was never with her...yet the cops have proof, she is screwed and pleads out.

Next woman, again drugs...has a controlled medication, she keeps in her purse, it gets stolen, she thinks she lost it so did not report it, guy gets popped with the medication, and lies saying she sold it to them...she has to plead out or face jail time... neither can prove their cases but both had to plead guilty to things rhey did not do because the cops had them by the short and curlies....

Show me that I said they were all 100% guilty, please, pretty please?

so which one is it? are they guilty or innocent? FYI - I didn't say you said it. I'm ASKING you what you THINK. are they GUILTY or INNOCENT?

It really does not matter at all, I don't care about those who are really convict of a hideous crime, all I care is for those who were WRONGLY accused and got executed, and because they are truly innocent isn't considered executed BUT MURDER!

Because there will always be flaws in system, do we really have the right to murder these poor and truly innocents? Remember there is no such thing as execution when it comes to truly innocents, its truly ANOTHER murder where the guilty one STILL free on road perhaps going to kill somebody else.

Did she shoplift or not?

If she pled out, she confessed that she sold it to him. You can't say that the cops forced her to do so if she didn't do it.

Now on other side of perspective, do I think these two scumbags are guilty or not? My answer is, since I don't know all of the facts, and I am not going to judge whether they are guilty or not. If they are truly guilty, I hope these authorities gets their collar back on, but if they are innocence, God, I hope they get help they deserve.

Will they get caught? I don't know, too many potential factors that could get them recaptured or not.

Do you mean you care about the guilt or innocence of death penalty cases only? That is, if they get long or life sentences, guilt or innocence doesn't matter?

I want to be sure what you mean.

we're not talking about anybody else. I'm asking you specifically about Richard Matt and David Sweat.

are you saying they may possibly be wrongly accused?

EDIT - oh never mind. you've answered my question in your Post #94. :ty:

Why are you guys confused?

I am totally against the idea of execution, simple as is, nothing more nothing less all due to nature of human beings that could make mistakes. How hard is it to understand this?
