Texas inmate, 67, set for execution in slayings 31 years ago

Sigh!!!!!

Before, long before the juror made decision on whether death penalty would be imposed. I mean long before that happened, the media reporter DID mentioned that Judge has the power to override the death penalty!!!! Its already said in the media LONG BEFORE the juror made decision!!!

Thats the problem, you were NOT following what I am saying.

Neither are you too and your argument about state isn't consistent with federal court.

How many times I have to show you the media that they mentioned that Juror's decision was a recommendation? It has been on the media all over! What does that mean? Final decision? Your funny!

Do Jurors have the gavel to bang on? Did the Judge agreed and banged on Juror's recommendation yet? That part has NOT happened, it will happen on June 24th, once judge sentenced the death penalty, imposed then bang, that is WHEN it becomes official.

You are counting chickens before they hatch!

Sure, you can laugh at me whatever you want and we know that you are crazy over the forum.

I doubt that judge will override the death penalty for worst crime ever.

Show me proof that the federal law does not allow judge overriding Juror's death penalty decision, can you?

I'm focusing on your flawed argument.

You claimed that Alabama, Florida and Delaware allows the judge to override the life sentence by imposing the death penalty, but it is not on federal court's book. The federal judge will override the death penalty if there is conditional like civil rights violation or crime isn't serious to be qualify for death penalty.

Boston bomber doesn't meet conditional to override the death penalty but DOJ could appeal to higher court to have death penalty reinstated - all way to US Supreme Court.

Still, they can. Why can't you just shut up and wait til June 24th...

Sorry, no bets!

Wake up! Its June 24th!
Alright, alright, just chill. June 24th is when we will know the judge's decision. I have no problem with that.

I have to repeat my question. Does the guilty one deserve a death penalty? If not, why not? He's not innocent that everyone including you know, get what I say? You oppose death penalties because there are flaws in the justice system, I understand that but in the Boston bomber's case, why do you think he should not be punished by death while you know that he's not innocent and he's a terrorist?
