Does not matter technology, there have been "Fixes" going on and many went undetected until years later.

You still miss my point big time.

I don't care how good technology is, I wanted absolutely ZERO innocents gets executed, how is it possible? The only way to guarantee my ass that there is no error in judicial system is NO execution allowed.

Ban execution equals mistakes (Innocents gets executed) how many? ZERO! I can easily bet on it.

Legal execution equals how many innocents gets execution? The answer is UNKNOWN, thats scary!

You still don't get it, what if you caught WRONG person, how is it going to give you justice?

If you had right person at the damn moment of crime, sure that is to defend yourself and loved one. That is the only time that is justified... as opposite as going to court with trial... ANYTHING is possible, bam could have killed innocent ones.

Kill is allowed ONLY in the event when a person or more is in present and clear danger... Dad killed pedophile WHILE Pedophile raped dad's daughter, that is in effect meaning protect Dad's loved one. That is when killing is allowed, not hour later, not tomorrow, not next year, not 10 years later, That moment of crime or NEVER.

Let me clarify...if the father didn't kill the rapist which means that he was still alive and the father called 911 to get the rapist. You still don't want him to be executed by the court? Is that correct?

protecting loved one from threat is not an act of God, you silly!

For most of parents, they are there to protect their own children, how this has to do with acting like a God?

OK, you protect your loved ones by executing a person. Why shouldn't a court execute a same person who hasn't been executed by you? What's the difference?

Edited: Something recently popped up in my head. The father killed his daughter's rapist. Is it not a death penalty as well? Death penalty is a punishment by death so the father punished the rapist by death. I don't see why courts can't do the same.

Truth...they are also incapable of saying oh crap we screwed up and then fix the issue before empty words are given...a judge saying oh this was a grave misjudgest does not change anything...the innocent are still dead...too many politicians have too many goals and less and less are for the people...

Court can't execute just a rapist, your right, I was waiting to see if you know this law to understand where I stand.

It all down to just a judgement, that happens long AFTER crime has committed, MAJOR difference than when crime is committed.

I'm referring acting like God when it comes to making decision on whether to put one to death. That is a judgement, only God can, not human being.

I won't take God's seat when it comes to decide who gets death, who does not.

As for innocent people to be executed, it happened to a lot of innocent black men in the past like 30s to 70s as I am aware of. But today it ain't happening because we have a high technology to prove it.

I do NOT support the death penalty. I find it barbaric, and unbeconing an advanced civilization.
In regards to your wuwstion re if my famiky members were killed so on...thats not why thebdeath oenalty even exists. Its not about vengence. Not according to the law anyway....
I dont support it...its state murder in ritual trappings thats all.
Innocents have been murdered by the state befkre snd willl again.because humwns make mistakes, and the death penalty hws been used and is used and will be used for agendas and political grand standing so on...

On the contrary allot of it has been cooked to convixt dudes for crimes they have not done...

As you may know, most of the DAs will not have a person arrested without hard evidence and/or eyewitnesses today.

Remember GZ's case? The DA had him arrested without hard evidence. There were eyewitnesses telling different stories. She screwed up big time. I get it because it was demanded by black people to have him arrested. She shouldn't do what the public wanted. What a waste of tax money for Floridians!
