San Francisco Circumcision Ban

No, you mixed up the quote and it is NOT small, IMO.

Of course, it is my opinion so no need to take too personal.

You said it was SMALL to you...

No. 100+ deaths is a big number of deaths caused by a non-medical procedure. Some people will need heart surgeries in order to survive, but they don't need circumcision to survive.

You need to educate yourself on these issues, I have learned quite a bit about it over the years. Do the research for your sake.

Let's see here, 100 deaths out of 6.5 billion people. Thousands of people die from drug overdoses every year, thousands die from cancer every year, thousands die from AIDS/HIV every year. Thousands die from getting hit by drunk drivers every year and so on.

Shit happens....life goes on.

Obviously anti-circumcision website.

Read it, educate yourself. Don't spew out all sort of nonsense because you don't know what you are talking about. You have a tendency to openly profess to be an expert on all matters on a daily basis.

Actually, 100+ deaths in the USA. Thousands and thousands of permanent disfigurement or loss of penis in the USA. This is on a yearly basis.

Cancer is not by choice. Circumcision is, but at the will of the parents, not the infant.

Circumcision is Medically Unnecessary, Painful, Risky, and Unethical: Intact America: Learn More

Myth – The baby does not feel any pain during circumcision.
Fact – Circumcision is painful. Babies are sensitive to pain, just like older children and adults. The analgesics used for circumcision only decrease pain; they do not eliminate it. Further, the open wound left by the removal of the foreskin will continue to cause the baby pain and discomfort for the 7-10 days it takes to heal.

Poor to baby about painful.

Myth – Circumcising newborn baby boys produces health benefits later in life.
Fact – There is NO link between circumcision and better health. In fact, cutting a baby boy's genitals creates immediate health risks. The foreskin is actually an important and functional body part, protecting the head of the penis from injury and providing moisture and lubrication. Circumcision also diminishes sexual pleasure later in life.

I remembered someone had foreskin removed due skin cancer then he complained that his head of the penis kept dry so quick.

Myth – Male circumcision helps prevent HIV.
Fact – Claims that circumcision prevents HIV have repeatedly been proven to be exaggerated or false. Only abstinence or safe sex, including the use of condoms, can prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS.

There is proof as fact about HIV/AIDS.

I'm not professing on you and it is you choice to be circumcised or not.

I'm gave a reason to be circumcised, even I support my parent's decision so it is our choice, not you.

It is up to parent, not me, you and government.

FYI, I'm not forcing you to be circumcised and you started argue with me on circumcision that I'm not wish to do it. There are MANY different studies about between uncircumcised and circumcised, even no matters if you say about fact or not.

Actually some cancer is by choice, ask the smokers.

In Israel, where almost all males are circumcised, the rate of penile cancer is extremely low: 0.1 per 100,000, that is, is 1/10th that of Denmark

A large multinational study published in theNew England Journal of Medicine in 2002 detected HPV in 19.6% of 847 uncircumcised men, compared to only 5.5% of 292
circumcised men (overall odds ratio (OR) after adjusting for potential confounding factors = 0.37; 95% confidence intervals (CI) = 0.16–0.85; P < .001) [45]

Read on....though they do talk about possible factors...

Clearly you don't understand what professing is.

You got that right, smoking is irrational and stupid.

It's not the same. You see, infants cannot consent nor choose it. Adults make choices and they may reap the consequences for it later in life.

In Puerto Rico [29], India, and Brazil [33, 34], where most men are uncircumcised, penile cancer is quite common. Brazil has one of the highest rates of penile cancer, 6–14 per 100,000 males per year, comprising 2–6% of all male neoplasias, with 7% of cases occurring inmen aged under 35, and 39% in men older than 66 [33]. Among cases, 87% are uncircumcised.

All tumors seen in men circumcised in childhood were of low grade, whereas 12% of those circumcised in adulthoodhad high-grade tumors [33]. In at least two Brazilian States (Maranhao and Pernambuco) penile cancer is reportedly the 2nd highest cause of carcinoma death in men (after lung cancer). At the main oncology hospital in Recife, Pernambuco (Brazil’s 4th largest city), on average one or two men each week need to have a penile amputation due to this cancer, with prognosis very poor. Many years ago the
directors of this hospital were interested in starting a male circumcision promotion program (D.T. Halperin, personal communication).

Clearly you don't understand what professing is.

Whatever, I guess that I'm done with you.

I have zero complication when I was circumcised and I'm here!!!

Not surprised about this thread turned into vs. on between uncircumcised and circumcised, that's what I'm not looking for that but question about constitutionality of anti-circumcision bill and it will never going to be survive in court.

No difference from CI surgery for children.

I have NO medical benefits from CI and it was my parent made a decision.

Well, it seems to have done something to your ability to think rationally.

Well, you brought it up. If you don't want to hear about it, then don't bring it up.
