Whoopi entitled to her opinion. I respect her when I disagree with her opinion on Polanski's case.

Yes Polanski knew that he broke the law for have sex intercourse with 13 years old. It's bad on Polanski's side for fled to other country to aviod penalty, etc.

Ah, that is rape in my book. Since she was a minor even if she had consented to it, he should be still accountable for it. I hadn't known the situation. I've been wondering about Goldberg for quite a while even before this and now I don't have much respect for her.

they're same thing. Sexual Assault and Molestation are same thing as well. Those terms are designed to downplay the term "rape" to minimize level of bias during the trial.

They share many of the same/similar ideology and political beliefs as I do. Why would I not support them?? :shrug:

Beck is a Libertarian. Yes there are some things I agree with him. Some I do not. There's Stephen A. Smith, an independent, and he shares a lot of the same ideals as mine but still I disagree on some of the things he supports.

Let's not divert the issue, again, as serious as rape here. Rape isn't funny.

The 13 year old victim in this situation has grown up and she has stated to authorities she has moved on. Why haven't some people moved on to healthier fixations?

Like what I said in previous post that he acknowledge that he broke the law for have sex with 13 years old in 1970s. He also accept the fact that it's his bad side for fled to other country.
