What If Zimmerman Walks Free?

if he free, and truely free later, people wont stop talking about him, he'd get depressed and go to hell, well we hope.

He's free right now...

If a hate crime is eventually charged this case will become even more interesting.

Everyone should know that it is next to impossible for a non-white to be charged with a hate crime.

It means George Zimmerman will goes to federal prison if he is convicted of hate crime?

It means Eric Holder is a blowhard. He is grouped with the likes of Jesse Jackson and Jeremiah Wright.

but that's not what happened in there.

1. Trayvon wasn't carrying anything dangerous.
2. Trayvon wasn't armed.
3. Trayvon wasn't committing any crime.
4. Zimmerman was armed.
5. Zimmerman wasn't in crowded street.
6. Zimmerman can easily speed away.
7. Zimmerman never said anything about Trayvon circling around his car or any such thing when talking to 911 dispatcher

8. and....... that driver was actually much safer in the car than outside his car. that's why he was unharmed.

Are you certain at this point that TM didn't commit a crime (assault) against GZ? I thought you were waiting for the evidence & trial?!

yes. either life sentence or death penalty. since he killed a minor.... I think he's gonna get a chair.

I doubt it! Nothing has been proven yet! Remember, you said you were going to wait for the trial?! What happened to the waiting part?!

Oh, not surprised.

I'm opposing to death penalty so I don't want George Zimmerman to be executed.

Funny about federal, federal says hey, you are not going stay in the prison in Sunshine State and you will move to ugly, nasty federal prison in IL or most restricted ever, Florence ADX.

Wirelessly posted

Don't know how hiding from the public is considered free.

That is not what Jiro is talking about. Yes, it is true that much of the public has prejudged Zimmerman and has forced him into hiding. A pretty sad commentary on those people who have done so. We have a court system for a reason.

It's interesting how the more facts that come out in support of Zimmerman's story, the more certain some people become of his guilt and even of the sentence he is going to receive.

Will there be any shame, admission of being wrong, rethinking of the positions that led you to this point if Zimmerman doesn't get a life sentence or the death penalty?

Or will the libel (which is actually a crime) just get worse? This will be interesting to watch.

Libel is just two letters away from liberal. :giggle:
