I wouldn't say acquitted at this point but I sure do not see the evidence as weighing against him and I sure don't see how in the world he would ever get a fair trial.

Yup, the Trayvon Martin's case is getting complicated so that why we have court.

I don't know if he is getting a fair trial, however I believe that our constitution require to get a fair trial.

Well, take it from me, he has plenty of company. Sadly, he is one of the few remaining that will debate the Right Wing core that seems to control the current events forum. All y'all can back slap and quote Rush or whatnot, while posting threads about blacks hating blacks, blacks beating white folks, and tell me you are not trying to drive a wedge into whatever progress has been made in race relations. If you weren't trying to do so, why the need to find these pearls of proof of White Supremacy?

One other thing; Jiro would be a far better moderator here than most of the remaining members. Plus, he knows the owner. And he donated. Good luck competing with that.

Thank you. I take that as a compliment. Keep posting articles that paint blacks in a negative light. I know they exist. We surely need more convincing.

You're 'allowed,' but guessing that he'll get the death penalty and be executed just makes you look silly. That has nothing to do with Zimmerman, btw, I just think it's silly because of how hard it is to get the death penalty and be executed. People commit far more heinous crimes, involving raping and torturing their victims before murdering them, and they commit those crimes with far more premeditation and yet they mainly get life sentences. Even when they get the death penalty, there is almost never any actual execution.

I don't know if he'll be freed or not, and personally, I won't speculate about that. I still don't think we'll ever know for sure exactly what happened.

But the idea that he'll get the death penalty *and* be executed is pretty far-fetched, even if he is completely guilty about everything you've said he is guilty of.

It wasn't Jiro guessing about death penalty, however it is on article that he posted.

I don't know about George Zimmerman will be acquitted or convicted so we wait for trial in the court.

I never guessed one way or the other. I've stated already that it could go either way for GZ and the fact that I do not have access to all of the evidence nor access to the witness nor access to a court (once the proceeding begins), and so I cannot make an informed opinion. Pretty delusional to think that I have the answer. I don't. I made it abundantly clear.

And, oh, this not about you Grayma. Just stating the obvious.
