I haven't seen him make an assumption....I think you are misunderstanding

again... completely wrong on marijuana subject. not a single reputable medical source in there.

and why aren't we questioning about Zimmerman's use of Adderall and Temazepam? these are much more serious than marijuana.

That is scary!

Of course, it is... :eek3:

but... good thing about SYG law so you can shoot them with firearm if you feel threaten and no way to escape. ;)

South Carolina has this law, so is Florida and Alabama too.

it's pretty risky because of innocent people around in the vicinity. you can possibly get in trouble for "Negligent Discharge of a Firearm" or similar. it's definitely going to be a very expensive legal cost for armed citizen for shooting a crazed crackhead in middle of populated area.

nothing is ever simple anymore :(

Not exactly.....lol.

good. I'm glad we got that cleared up. it's best if we stick with facts, shall we?

FACT: This incident was "unavoidable" (not my word. it was police officer's professional opinion)

George Zimmerman evidence Trayvon Martin: New evidence in George Zimmerman shooting of Trayvon Martin released - Orlando Sentinel
Sanford police believed the encounter between George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin was "ultimately avoidable" if Zimmerman had "remained in his vehicle and awaited the arrival of law enforcement.

"There is no indication that Trayvon Martin was involved in any criminal activity at the time of the encounter," said one police report in hundreds of pages of evidence released Thursday.

The evidence — released by Special Prosecutor Angela Corey's office — included recorded witness interviews, dozens of photos, several videos, the autopsy and other investigative reports. It also confirmed that Sanford police at one point recommended a manslaughter charge.

Yup, it is just unfortunate. :(

You are asking the wrong person

No....the police used "avoidable"

Who knows what will happen when the trial starts.....Evidence gathering has not stopped yet....by either side.

EDIT: oh dang! a major gaffe on my part. You are correct. Perhaps I shouldn't be watching Red Tails and writing post at the same time

uh-oh... doesn't look good. or maybe it's just a bluff. but then again... looks like Zimmerman is not gonna be walking a free man anytime soon....

FBI may charge George Zimmerman with hate crime | www.wftv.com
SANFORD, Fla. — WFTV has learned charges against George Zimmerman could be getting more serious.

State prosecutors said Zimmerman, a neighborhood watchman, profiled and stalked 17-year-old Trayvon Martin before killing him, so the FBI is now looking into charging him with a hate crime.

State prosecutors said Zimmerman gave several inconsistent statements to Sanford police, which is, in part, their basis for charging him with second-degree murder.

It means George Zimmerman will goes to federal prison if he is convicted of hate crime?

yes. either life sentence or death penalty. since he killed a minor.... I think he's gonna get a chair.

Yeah. Police did say "ultimately avoidable."

He's free right now...

If a hate crime is eventually charged this case will become even more interesting.

free under bond and with restriction..... or he goes back to jail.
