that's what the police, detective, and prosecutor said. that's why detective filed a capias request to arrest Zimmerman.

Um ... nope. I have no proof that Zimmerman's daddy covered up anything for Zimmerman, and that is why I never made the accusation. You did.

And if the guy assaulting had a gun, the driver would have been a sitting duck in that car and would be dead.

Safer to get out .... I mean, that is what I would do.

Remember, Zimmerman said he saw Martin reaching into his pocket. Maybe Martin was pretending he had a gun to scare Zimmerman?

police found no evidence of weapon on Trayvon.

no..... that's not what I asked for. do you have a proof that Trayvon was a violent person? or that Zimmerman was in his valid right to defend himself?
