What did Biden mean?

I think, maybe he means after the race, riots shook Rochester, New York in 1966. What would happen is if, Obama is elected and the riots will start everywhere.

Obama's goal is to change the United States into a socialist nation. We will be changed to complete socialism/communism.

Is it true that politicians will say anythin' -- even lies -- to get elected ? The reason I asked this question is because, I've read all of their backgrounds - none of are tellin' the truth about themselves. This will cause this nation an upheveal ( sp ? ).
Maria, ignore posters who critize your comments. I can see true logical politic of spotlight in you. I am totally agree with your post's truly comments. I don't think so usa would be re-form the communism. this america will be reform more socialist-fascist than socialist-communism. Because socialist and fascist are very strong terminology sense me as look back of past at hilter was the socialist dictator and Mussolini was the Fascist dictator. They were unite re-formed system under socialist-fascist against jew and against immgrants in their country and thoughtout europe. that's what usa try to do reform like that without freedom and Constitution rights of land. thats very dangerous idea! anyway i I like you speaking your own mind on this. trust my words.

Yeah there is more likely riots will attack against islamist groups everywhere in usa if obama won elect.

The socialist fearmongering is getting really old.

I wish it would skip a generation for once. McCarthyism is obviously still alive and well.

Wow, that seems elitist.

On the other hand, I know many urban people who are clueless.

Um, I am a RURAL guy. I live on 8 acres with a pond in a rural area. I am absolutely in NO danger of a terrorist attack unless I am in a big city or in a huge event.

Hardly elitist.

Then why did you say what you said??

Because it's true! I am not a typical rural guy. :)

I love Texas. I love country living. I love my neighbors.

But I can say that those people are so out of touch with the rest of America.

Kinda like Palin saying some areas of America are more "pro-America" and that's bs.

This is NOT true.

How many times must a lie be repeated before people realize that it is a LIE?

I would suggest you to research on this person named " Saul Alinsky " and tell me what it says. I am not goin' to research on this person, because I am done my own homework about Saul Alinsky. :)

:ty: And, yes I will always speak my own mind and share what I think and believe. :)

Yup, that right.

I'm not aware of Maria and XBGMER made up the stories on their own, I just don't bother them and simply ignore them as well, let them to speak on own.

Don't worry about what happen if after Obama elected and we would okay.

McCain has issues with terrorist too, even more worser than Obama.

I would suggest you to do the same - Go and research on that person " Saul Alinksy ". Do your own homework.

No thanks, I'm not going share with your lies and make-up story.

Enough with discussion.

What makes you think I lie and make up all these stories ? Are you sayin' that McCain and Palin lie -- is that the reason why I support them ?

Again, not going discuss with you, it has nothing with McCain or Palin.

Why do you have to reach back into the 1970's in an attempt to pull up radicals from over 35 years ago? First Ayers, and now Alinsky. If you knew anything about the 1970's you would know that there were many, many radicals living within the United States during that period of time, and they were citizens of the United States who were fed up with getting constantly shafted by the American polical system and its elected officials. It was a very politically aware era, especially when it came to the younger generation. I would love to see people become as politically aware and involved as they were in the 1970's, instead of basing their vote on minor issues that attempt to remove civil rights. People that campaigned for civil rights were labled "radicals". People who attended the Selma March were labled radicals. People that protested the Vietnam War as ammoral were labled "radicals". People that fought for equity in education were labled "radicals". Yet these "radicals" were responsible for some of the greatest and most beneficial change this country has ever seen. BTW...Hillary Clinton wrote her thesis on Saul Alinsky.

:gpost:

And we are probably radicals in many ADers' eyes when fighting for equity in Deaf education. I would rather be labeled a radical than someone who sits on my ass complaining about everything while taking no action.

So what if this country does become a socialist country? Why is that so bad?

It's just more useless fearmongering that will not help people learn to get along.

Good post.

I admit that I'm getting really tired of people who won't stop and think before they post links to disinformation. They don't realize that they are continuing lies or myths that need to be stomped out.

I don't want to be friends with people who continue to pass around everything they read instead of questioning it before doing so.

Excellent post, Shel!

Obama and Biden say that the government, thru taxation and redistribution, should force wealthier Americans to "share the wealth" with poorer Americans.

Is this familiar? "From each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs".
