I know. He was suspended by the Chief. He's the one who has the authority to do so.

right. that's what I was saying.

He just wants to call me a liar because it makes him feel "superior" ... :cool2:

It's not my place to get involved with that  However, I just let it go, and do something else. Better than getting into an arguement and getting a thread locked up or banned.

because it makes me feel good to set the record straight - truthfully and factually. do you feel good when lying to discredit people?

Even Brown's family attorney admitted that the Officer was severely beaten ....

you made it sound like it was a little love tap ...

that is indisputable.

you made it sound like it was a little love tap ...
how so?

crushed? that would be.... lying. that would usually happen if Officer Wilson was on the ground, being stomped on or being hit by an object such as baseball bat.

to be more accurate - Officer Wilson had an "orbital blowout fracture" to the eye socket... which is a common injury when punched in the eye area.... hard.

jackboot much?

so you prefer to exaggerate it?

the official statement and a medical statement were that Officer Wilson suffered an orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket which is caused by Michael Brown's punching (providing that a final autopsy report shows that there is bruising or injury on Brown's hand)... which means a violent physical altercation DID occur... which led to shooting in self-defense.

let's stick with the facts, shall we? not embellishment.

and that sounds like a little love tap to you?

It certainly doesn't sound like a "common injury" like a knee scrape or a hang nail ..

what is the common injury in boxing?
what is the common injury in UFC?
what is the common injury in fist-fighting?

there you go. I'm not quite sure why are you being so antagonistic. :dunno2:

you have to understand this about the area, I know it for a fact, They have sidewalks but dont use them, they chose to walk in the streets, not jaywalking across, it is walking along with or agaisnt traffic which also obstructs traffic. That was why the officer told them to get out of the street, it is also illegal to walk in the streets.

It does not matter. He was jaywalking before the cop told him to get off the street and to go on the sidewalk. Then the incident happen. Yes, it was illegal to cross the street. That is why it is call "jaywalking".

ok, you dont get it. This is their way of life, walking in the streets. Easier for a car to pull up and buy/sell drugs, this is the ways of the area... sidewalks are not part of their mentality. so dont roll your eyes at me, Ill only pick them up and roll them back...lol

Bebonang

Sonocativo has already done one post about this but maybe if I state it in another way it will be clearer to you.

He was not crossing the street at a place other than a corner or marked crosswalk (which is the commonly excepted definition of "jaywalking). In fact, he was not crossing the street at all. He was walking from one place (point A) to another (point B) by walking down the middle of the street.

this was the other shooting that took place in Riverview, not too far from the first.

The guy who had a knife got too close. He had to be shot. Looks like a suicide by cops.

police may use deadly force if an attacker with a knife is within 21
feet.

Police officer who pointed rifle at Ferguson protester and warned he would 'f****** kill you' is suspended indefinitely after footage appears on YouTube* | Mail Online

Is this another evidence that police can be bully sometimes? It can be used as example what Darren Wilson did to Michael Brown.
Obviously he's a very sick man. He should not be a cop in the first place. However, it doesn't necessarily mean that Officer Wilson behaved the same way. There are bad cops and there are good cops. Bad cops who kill black people for no reason are racists and murderers.

That is exactly what it was, he was telling the cops to kill him, shoot him and when they didnt he went at them. The people up north (most of them anyways, the younger generation ) dont care about a thing. The elders, now they are wise and they dont understand whats going on with the young ones? Remember, these areas up north are mostly gangs and drugs, I would say at least 90%

and so it goes

That is why I watched Fox News. The debates are great. always two sided. Unless CNN which is often one side, one biased.

Some people said Fox News isn't fair and balanced.

I usually read various news, especially The Huff, The Blaze, al.com, etc to see difference two sides.

Fox News has some unique articles that never reported by CNN and MSNBC.

I intensely dislike MSNBC and NBC.

This is the good guy that show on TV

That was waaaaay before my time. I was raised a LOT differently than that - racism was never tolerated in my family.

But, you brought up a fairly good point. Perhaps people see this whole incident in MO from when things were like that years ago ... but it is no excuse to villify the Officer before the trial. He could very well have been completely innocent. He also could very well have lost his cool .. but no one knows.

Burning buildings down, throwing rocks, bottles filled with urine, and molotov cocktails and shooting the police are not going to resolve anything.

It has been reported the people doing all the rioting is not the protesters it a small group of trouble makers looting etc.. I agree , I see no good coming out of people looting and threating the cops. This is only go to lead to more shooting from the cops and more people getting hurt or killed. And that will bring out more people protesting and rioting . The cops needs to put the their dogs away too , that is only going to made people more fearful and riot more. I really feel the cops did a horrible job in trying to keep the protest and rioting from happening in the first place. The cops knew damn well this was going to happen after a Black kid was shot and killed by a White cop.
