crushed? that would be.... lying. that would usually happen if Officer Wilson was on the ground, being stomped on or being hit by an object such as baseball bat.

to be more accurate - Officer Wilson had an "orbital blowout fracture" to the eye socket... which is a common injury when punched in the eye area.... hard.

Also, someone told me that police report is always amended.

WSJ is owned by News Corp that own Fox News as well.

an amended police report is still better than some news articles which are notoriously known for errors and/or slanted premature statements with bias.

an amended police report doesn't mean it's altered falsely. the standard for a police report is higher than news article because a police report is subjected to a microscopic legal scrutiny while news article doesn't.

In fact, I would even say it is a safe bet that they wouldn't even attempt to grab the Police Officer's gun.

But since the Police Officer was white - I assume you think what MB did was perfectly acceptable now don't you? You know - such a common injury like a crushed eye socket shouldn't change anything ....

Nice try Jiro - but the eyewitness, the one that was actually with MB during the strong arm robber of a local convenience store, told everybody that MB was shot dead, execution style, and it was completely unprovoked.

"Crushed" skull is misleading, dishonest, and inflammatory. It implies that Officer Wilson was stomped on or struck by an object like a bat.... which never happened.

Now I wouldn't go as far as calling witness a liar unless he/she never saw it or willfully lied what he/she saw. I'm sure he/she saw it and did the best he/she can to describe what he/she saw. You should know that in any circumstance, you will have 5 witnesses saying different things from different locations and different times. That witness most likely saw just shortly after shooting and it did look like an execution style. Depending on where the witness was located... the perception of direction can be misleading. It can look like Michael Brown was walking away... or toward the officer.

Looking at bullet holes in autopsy report, it did look like he sustained injuries from a defensive posture - holding up his right arm to protect himself from officer's shooting. But then... another perspective is that he was holding up his right arm while charging toward officer.

Since the investigation hasn't been fully completed, we'll have to wait and see if Michael Brown's clothes contain gunpowder residue or not. and also which bullet entries are from close range or far range.

Here is the thing... some people are stupid.
When a woman is mad she will say things, anything that will get the attention of an officer So if he has a registered gun or a history of gun violence, it is in the system and when a person says gun, or it pops up in the system, police are on high alert regardless and takes everything as a treat....which in turn can be deadly if someone doesnt coroperate as instructed.

A cop got pissed off at me b/c I did not hear him and he asked me if I was deaf or something. You can't tell me the polices had no idea riots would breakout after Mike Brown was shot and killed by a cop. The cops did nothing to prevent the riots from happening in the first place. Mike Brown was a thug but he was also a 'person' and the cops did not threat him that way after he was killed .It been reported that the cops left his body in the street for awhile . This shooting did not just happen over night , there is a history of people not trusting the cops , I had seen this happen in the 60's and 70's living in Boston . Something needs to be done so the people will trust cops and feel safe enough to get in the back seat of their car.
I can't blame Mike Brown for fearing for his life in the back seat of a White cop car. I am a White woman and I would not had felt safe in back seat of a cop car after they threated me for dating a Black man.
