Thats a different story from what I heard this morning... from what I read was, the NG was going to Patrol???? If you get arrested and you are on any kind of government/federal aid ( welfare, food stamps...ect...) you will lose it all if arrested by the NG. and I agree, if they are stoopid enough to not listen and abide to direct commands, they should lose it. Stop causing choas and go home, let things mellow down and take their course.

It's getting to hard keeping up with this b/c the news keep giving different reports . I keep hearing the people doing the looting are not part of the protest , the people causing the riots should be arrested and the protesters have a right to protest as long as they do it peacefully.

Agreed, but the NG is in charge now, under the order of the Highway Patrol. Its different getting arrested by the Feds, its no longer civilian games.

right.

1st = St. Louis medical examiner
2nd = Dr. Baden
3rd = DOJ

I was saying there was no other independent medical examiner after independent medical examiner. there was only one which is Dr. Baden.
"this independent autopsy"? the only autopsy done was by St. Louis medical examiner.
No, you said the only autopsy. Not one but three. What's more, the link Stein posted is regarding to the autopsy done by Baden but you said St. Louis medical examiner which is incorrect. The one we already saw is ACTUALLY done by Baden. Let it go, OK?

Anyway, I was asking Stein if the family wanted to hire another independent medical examiner because he said, "Would this be the reason his family wants a different autopsy? Because this one was very revealing....". That's all.

here -

Do you mean that the family wants to hire another independent medical examiner because they are not satisfied with this independent autopsy they originally asked for?

you said ANOTHER independent medical examiner... because they were not satisfied with this independent autopsy... that's two independent autopsy... there were no two.. only 1 by Dr. Baden.

and the first one was an official autopsy by St. Louis. you don't ask for it. it's mandatory by law. if the family is not satisfied with it, then they are free to request for an independent autopsy but that usually happens if the case is a hot potato.

so far... two autopsies have been performed. next... the one by DOJ? that hasn't happened yet.

And Eric Holder won't be satisfied until they have an autopsy fitting the lying witness' testimony right? Is that why the DOJ wanted the ferguson PD to suppress the robbery video? because it didn't fit with their narrative that all white people are evil?

why bother asking me questions that you've already answered for yourself?

Oh man, that was the QUESTION I was asking Stein, it's not a statement. LET IT GO! OMG!

Dr. Baden provided a diagram of the entry wounds, and noted that the six shots produced numerous wounds. Some of the bullets entered and exited several times, including one that left at least five different wounds.

“This one here looks like his head was bent downward,” he said, indicating the wound at the very top of Mr. Brown’s head. “It can be because he’s giving up, or because he’s charging forward at the officer.”

He stressed that his information does not assign blame or justify the shooting.

Dr. Baden, 80, is a well-known New York-based medical examiner, who is one of only about 400 board-certified forensic pathologists in the nation. He reviewed the autopsies of both President John F. Kennedy and the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and has performed more than 20,000 autopsies himself.

and MB's family attorney had this to say .....

“The sheer number of bullets and the way they were scattered all over his body showed this police officer had a brazen disregard for the very people he was supposed to protect in that community,” Mr. Crump said. “We want to make sure people understand what this case is about: This case is about a police officer executing a young unarmed man in broad daylight.”

.... Police Officers (please take a moment to notice that I intentionally left out skin color - as this applies to ALL police officers) are trained to shoot ... and to keep on shooting until there is no more threat. Also ... only 3 bullets were recovered. I would also like to take this brief moment to make sure people understand why those of us on the right do not take HuffPo seriously (no, these were not the rubber bullets fired into the crowd of looters and rioters):

and I was correcting your question :)
No, you gave a wrong answer to my question intended for Stein who talked about a different autopsy. I don't think he meant St. Louis autopsy.

I asked Stein:
Do you mean that the family wants to hire another independent medical examiner because they are not satisfied with this independent autopsy they originally asked for?

Your answer to my question above in post #226: "this independent autopsy"? the only autopsy done was by St. Louis medical examiner.

That showed you didn't read the link Stein provided since it was about the independent autopsy, not St Louis autopsy, therefore your answer was off point. The correct answer should be yes or no for Stein to clarify it. Please don't correct my question!

Support spreads for officer in Ferguson shooting

I agree with supporters of Officer Wilson who did his job. Brown who was a real thug (as you saw in the robbery video) was running toward him to attack again when the officer told them to freeze so he shot in self-defense. The unreliable witnesses and protestors are liars. He didn't hand up. It doesn't make sense to me at all because when if he handed up, the cop would not kill him in cold blood murder on the street where there are many apartments around during daylight.

And the entry wounds to his arm proves they were never up.
One bullet hit his jaw and ricoted out and into his neck/collarbone area, which could have caused his head to drop therefore another shot following hit him on top of the head.
They are trying to play it as if the cop executed him, when really there were 2 shots right after another (rapid firing) where the second bullet traveled closely and made the fatal wound.

Those situation could be very clear if police officers wear video camera that what police officers in Rialto use those device.

Without video camera, it is pure conflict and we don't know about any prediction with guilty or not guilty. Ferguson police chief said that he didn't know that Brown committed robbery before Wilson (the police officer) made a stop in apartment.

I'm not going crossing any line, but I have no sympathy for robbers.

Due to nature of racial inequality, black protesters aren't going be rested until they carry the justice for black teen who died from shot. If majority of jurors are black so it is likely for Wilson to found guilty, but with majority white in jurors, it is obviously that Wilson will acquitted. I'm not surprised that race is partial influence on jury.

I lost some black friends after racial tension got worsen and I just told a truth about race issues that where they don't want to hear. The history can be brutal but very interesting to learn about race issue and societies.

I see the whole thing as a racial issue now, but probably not how many people "want" me to see it (especially this administration). If the Officer had been black, and the teen had been white, Eric Holder would not be heading to Ferguson in an attempt to manipulate evidence, just like he did when he told the Ferguson PD to ignore a Federal FOIA request.

When has this President come forward and spoken publicly when a white person was wrongfully killed?

Yeah but it's too late for the officer now.

From CNN website;

Dashboard cam videos like this one have often played a role in documenting interactions between law enforcement and citizens. When those interactions go terribly wrong, as was the case in the shooting death of Ferguson, Missouri, teenager Michael Brown, it seems logical to ask: Where is the video?

There is none, Ferguson's police chief said.

Thomas Jackson says his department has 18 patrol cars. This spring, the department purchased two dashboard cameras and two wearable body cameras, but the equipment hasn't been installed because the department doesn't have the money to cover that cost, he said.

A dashcam and installation runs about $3,000, he told CNN.
It's possible that from now on, all state governments will cover the costs wherever the police cars don't have them installed due to budget.
