Was he rushing at the Officer when he was shot? Were his hands really in the air? I notice he was shot in the hand, as if it were by his side, and not in the air. :hmm:

Would this be the reason his family wants a different autopsy? Because this one was very revealing ...

Do you mean that the family wants to hire another independent medical examiner because they are not satisfied with this independent autopsy they originally asked for?

"this independent autopsy"? the only autopsy done was by St. Louis medical examiner.
 
IME as Independent Medical Examiner is requested by defendant attorney. I know what it is, and how it works. I been though I have requested IME for my case and judge refused, told me it is NOT up to me, only defendant attorney can request one or more. In case like this, family can't ask for IME.

After proving that I couldn't get doctor to testify my injury, the attorney from workers comp fought hard and couldn't come up enough evidence that I don't have case, Judge ordered Workers comp attorney to get IME for me. So WC attorney was forced pick one of 5 IME doctors, and we agreed to one of IME doctor, I showed up, and done. BAM! I have strong case, while they don't have case against me anymore. BUT, it was not enough, I asked for another IME, Judge refused, I talked to local attorney, they told me i can't ask for another IME, and advised me to STFU. I then ended up won the workers comp case, and finally got help I needed badly.

My case now is far from over, still ongoing.

However, for this case, IME won't happen, just good o'le autospy will be perform as standard procedure.

Channel 7 WHDH just showed Mike Brown medical report of where he was shot and he was shot at least 6 times in the head and neck . I think once more people see this the riots will only get worst . I am not sure this was a smart thing to do while people emotions are still very raw. others feel The cop that killed Brown is in hiding and his photo had been release to the public , it looks like he better stay low for a long time now. I was surprise the cop photo was showed on the news while he is in hiding.
The federal autopsy on Mike Brown was show on Channel 7 news .

Nope, there were 2. One was done by a New York Doctor who is well known. Now they are wanting a 3rd

Look at his signature on this autopsy report. The family is lucky because he waived a fee which is $10,000. I don't think the official report has been released to the public yet.
 
There will be third autopsy by the federal medical examiner (ordered by US AG Eric Holder). That means he doesn't trust the county's medical examiner.

There was a peaceful protest close to my parents at the Police Headquarters, they were demonstrating for the Officer. There is also an article on it, BUT the news wasnt covering it at all....

Oh I see, at least, you are safe.

I will be ****ing shocked if rioters and looters spread to west and south part of St. Louis metro.
 
I'm normally skeptical of city police department due to nature of city politic and I'm not fan of city politics.

I'm not taking any side over Ferguson, but I believe that Brown got in altercation, leading police officer to use everything to take him down as possible. If you get in altercation with police officers so you will be sorry, even if it is police brutality. If police officer beat you up so do not retaliate or you can be fatally shot.

I'm wonder about where is airportcop.

Yeah, wondering what becomes of airportcop. Hope he's OK.

What I think is that Brown thought he could beat people because he was so big (6'4" and around 300 lbs). See how he acted in robbery incident. He didn't even need a gun to rob.
 
Let hopefully Darren Wilson gets acquittal on all charges.

Next, worst riot of century erupt over US.

They must learn how to move on after justice is served. People in FLA move on after GZ's acquittal.

Florida is different due to civilian vs. civilian, not civilian vs. police.
