Did he get one? They sought an arrest warrant. They would not have sought an arrest warrant if they did not think he had committed a crime.

Thanks for source.
That's extremely surprised me that George Zimmerman got charged as second degree murder rather than manslaughter, however honest with you, based on current article, he will acquittal from second degree murder, unless Corey has to present a strong evidence.
I'm sure that Corey is thug.
Did he get one?
Nope. Based on Zimmerman's confession that he shot and killed an unarmed teen ager.He is guilty of that no matter what.
Well, I'm off to work. Have fun.

Sounds like a good idea for me, too. I got to get up early.I bet that she went to bed instead.
That is an assumption by you. But nice that you can be so sure without knowing all the evidence. I think they call that bias.

He may be guilty of a crime.... but as of now, guilty of nothing
I don't need to speculate. Zimmerman is innocent.
I'm really embracing at your avatar - Keep Tahoe Blue...
That's not a second degree murder charge.

Welcome. I don't think he will be aquitted. I think he will end up plea bargaining to a lesser charge. Second degree murder leaves room to for the prosecution to offer a plea bargain to him.
Yeah, I was surprised about the second degree charge, too. A lot of people were. But Corey is a successful prosecutor. She knows what she is doing.
The thing is, even the cops wanted an arrest warrant because they didn't believe his self defense story the night it happened. So there must be something in the original evidence to show that. Corey has that information, plus new information from her investigation.
