Oh wait .... never mind, I already know.
where?
and a question for you - how is this related to this thread?

have you been reading ALL of the posts? If you do, you will connect the dots, I promise.
don't see any dots since these posts are irrelevant. wondering why haven't you made a new thread about it.
I thought this thread is about this 25-years old guy wanting to "opt" out of child support for his ex-gf's daughter because he was "lied" to. nobody got raped here.
Ok, I can see where your confusion is. You got lost a few pages back.
confusion? not at all. I guess you still haven't realized you're confused yet. oh well. I guess it's gonna be few more pages. or maybe never if this thread get locked.
irrelevant and impertinent. nothing to absorb especially for this thread.

No crap, Sherlock?
The entire day, I was thinking:
"What the hell does domestic abuse and sexual assault got to do with someone trying to opt out of fatherhood in a consensual relationship?"
Steinhauer, how do you propose we solve this false rape issue?
Concrete evidence? Need to find DNA in vajajajay? Videotape it?
Man could say it was consensual. "She does like it kinky."
Lie detector test?
Man could say that they are inadmissible.
What then?
I see no solutions, Steinhauer.
Honestly, I think you know that there are no solutions, you just want people to wake up and rethink about the typical cases of rape, typical cases of pregnancy, and so on. Trying to give more support and more sympathy to fathers/men, instead of automatically giving the blame to men without reading the details of the case.
Because that's the only solution I see in order to reduce those false rape cases without letting the rapers go. Listen to both sides of the story and make the best judgment.
What solution do YOU see?
No crap, Sherlock?

If you don't see the relation between false rape allegations and the Roe v. Wade case, then I can't help you.
Besides - I just gave some damning evidence that over 1/2 of rape allegations are lies. Why don't we stick with the latest trend (not that of 20, 30, 40 or even 50 years ago)?
To answer a question above, no, I am not saying there needs to be "more sympathy" for men, I am saying there needs to be more "equality" because as of right now, there is none.
Yes, if women have the option to opt out - men should too.

7 Supreme Court judges. SEVEN! If you can't understand the foundation of Roe v. Wade which is extending constitutional rights to privacy for women... then we can't help you especially seven Supreme Court judges.
There is no relationship. Roe v Wade was based on the premise of confidential contact and treatment between a physician and the patient. Obviously, you don't even know the legal priciples behind the Roe v Wade case. Therefore, you cannot be expected to see proper and accurate correlations.
Was a "false allegation of rape" made by the plaintiff?
No coorelation eh?
umm ... ok
false allegation of rape. constitutional rights to privacy for women.
please for the love of God.... please do tell me how those two issues are related to each other.
