Roe v. Wade - For Men

The plaintiff in the Roe v. Wade case .... watch the bouncing ball ..... made a false rape allegation.

LOL...

Isn't that the same thing as:

OJ simpson case is related to black rights....

Simply because the guy was black?

Does feminism have a coorelation to abortion? Does the sad number of men refusing to grow up have a coorelation to feminism?

Think!

what does constitutional rights to privacy have to do with feminism?

By your logic - our ADA rights should be abolished because of "false allegation" by disabled people so that they can relax and not work while getting paid by taxpayers when they can ACTUALLY work.

Not exactly. However I do agree that if you can work, you shouldn't be given tax payers money.

So the issue of women's rights to abort has been brought up repeatedly by you. The right to privacy, as you claim the Roe v. Wade case is all about, is incorrect.

It is "reproductive rights for women".

The right to privacy, and reproductive rights are entirely different subject matters.

with what you just said - you just agreed that if a man bangs a woman, then he automatically accepts ALL consequences including child support - regardless of wanted or unwanted pregnancy.

not really. you might want to review Supreme Court judges' rulings especially on Fourteenth Amendment. This case has absolutely nothing to do with feminism or rape. I have absolutely no idea where you're getting these wild stories. :dunno:

your homework - FindLaw | Cases and Codes

Getting SSI because you are disabled has nothing to do with consensual sex.

(and I am confused??)

:iolol:

and having a consensual sex or not has nothing to do with Roe v. Wade either :)

getting less confused now?

Consensual sex resulting in an abortion? That is the hot button issue. Who has the say?

Do men have "reproductive rights"?

No because:

1) They rape

2) They are abusive

3) They have a penis

4) They are "jerks"

5) They don't carry a baby inside of them for 9 months

6) The role of a "father" is no longer "important" (unless of course, he wants to opt out ..... just saying)

(anyone want to add to that list?)

Almost every one of the things listed are the result of your efforts to steer the thread to new areas. You brought up things. People replied. You went in another direction.

and lastly....

there's nothing to clarify. there's nothing to point out. there's nothing to discuss either!!!!

It doesn't matter what you say anyway. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It's meaningless. Roe v. Wade - the Supreme Court has spoken and it's over. Period. There's absolutely nothing further to debate. Roe v. Wade will most likely never get overturned. To do so is a sign to me that America ceases to exist as a progressive nation and that it will regress back to old Islam style - stoning women for infidelity, making women walk behind us, reducing their rights, etc.

For now - you should be taking your issue to your significant other and discuss about it and agree on it. Your business is your business and that's your prerogative rights between both of you but you have no rights to tell others on how to conduct their businesses.

Well, Jiro, if there is nothing to discuss about that, why some inequality issues are still there? Why is it only males' fault, not both?

What is I just wonder... :dunno:

Just a note, I did ask some questions here, but it seems no one response to those...

doesn't matter. there's still nothing to discuss all because of Roe v Wade and Child Support law. You'd have to be an irresponsible ignorant to not know these 2 simple laws.

oh I didn't see it. repost it?

Actually, I'm familiar with those, yet I notice something's wrong in it... maybe you disagree with me, but that's okay. I respect yours; I understand. By the way, just because you think pro-lifers are stupid and irresponsible that does not mean all pro-lifers' have same opinions. There are some pro-lifers actually agree with you about those for some reasons.

I tried to find my post here but it seems it is not there. Here's already have a lot of posts. Strange. It should be there. I will try to find where my post is. *goes off to search my questions*

EDIT: I give up. It gotta be there. =/ Hmm..... I can't remember which page it is.

I realize that the abortion debate is a very hot and volatile one .. but I at least try to remain respectful and courteous.

Someone had asked if there is a solution to granting equal reproductive rights to men that are currently afforded to women.

My suggestion is that The U.S. adopt a law that many other countries are already practicing .... performing an abortion only if both partners agree and consent to it. This would insure that an unwanted child doesn't get aborted if one of the partners is willing to take full responsibility for it.

I believe it would be a step in the right direction. Of course, I realize there would be those who would disagree and claim it does not matter what the "father" thinks.

However, since there are absolutely no reproductive rights being given to males (including this so called "privacy law disguised as reproductive rights for women only") then men should be given the right to opt out based on the same exact ruling granted to females.

Anything less is misandry.

I wouldn't cite Catholic countries as your basis for equal reproductive rights.

No kidding. I'm waiting for modern medicine to find a way for the male to carry the fetus for 9 months and then give birth to it. Then we will have equality. Until that time, the responsibility for such is the female's. And, consequently, as it is a medical procedure performed on the female, it is her decision.

I agree, leave the men out of it if they want to opt out.

Talk about a complete and total misunderstanding of my post.

You're talking to a guy who believe in aliens and time travellers.

No offense, Steinhauer, but I have seen this tactics of taking things out of context with the conspiracy theorists, who are oddly fearful of the Canadian government, while debating with them. They're usually quite intelligent and entertaining to talk with, but their self-taught journey led them to a poor understanding of legalise and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Scizophrenics are usually quite intelligent, too.
