They 're Two convicted murderers . They had killed people .
First, who convicts them as murders? Thats Jury, who are these jurors? They are just average human beings, right?
Secondly, of these Jurors whom them voted on three possible verdicts, they decide Not guilty, Guilty, OR "Hung Jury", is there any possibility of favoritism, biased, "Winking eyes" happens during their deliberations?
Third, have the suspect barred from collecting evidences to prove their innocence? (Bail denied, or unable to bail out that prevents them from trying to collect evidences are one of examples)
Forth, the prosecutor or DA is human being, right? Since they are human beings, have they done their job with prejudice? Have they hide evidences that might otherwise could have prove innocent. Have they failed upheld their integrity at 100%?
Fifth, the Judge of the law is a human being, right? So, have these Judges failed uphold their integrity at 100%? Sometimes the Judge have barred any evidences that might otherwise prove innocence?
Sixth, of these law enforcement agencies, forensic scientist, etc, they are human beings, right? Have they failed their job with integrity? Have they withheld these evidences that might otherwise have proven innocence of the charged suspect?
You see, multiple people involved, it does increase the likelihood of investigation being corrupted because all of them are just human beings. How do you trust them doing their job decide whether one should be executed? If they can do their job without killing even ONE innocent, sure no problem BUT are they?
Of these 6 issues above, if they were answered yes, then why allow them "We, the people" kill innocent? What if that innocent is YOU and you knew you didn't commit crime, where is your right to defend your own innocent? Think about it!
After experience false accusations by few people against me, witness people that I know went though, I see everything differently.
So, I am sorry, I do NOT support death penalty.
