How about wipe that grin off your face... it's nothing to be funny about what happened in Orlando.

I agreed, that's not funny at all.

Oh wow, there is too much political in this thread.

No thanks, I don't want associate with Republican Party.

NRA used to donated to DEM and GOP equally but not anymore since almost all donation goes to GOP that I don't agree with their party stance.

How is the NRA repsonsible for what happened in France, Denmark and Australia?

Also, the shooter was a registered Democrat.

Your question doesn't make any sense since NRA is in USA only.

Also, it don't follow about what I'm saying.

And that is why the accusation and blame being put on the NRA doesn't make sense, since Islamic Terrorism is happening globally.

If you want to end terrorism do these simple things:

1) Buy a gun
2) Learn how to use it
3) Carry it everywhere

If you cannot take these very simple steps to protect your own life, don't expect anyone else to protect you.

They blamed on NRA for prevented the Congress from passing gun control laws so they believe that more gun control laws at federal level may prevent more death, but it don't eliminate the mass shooting and it is just make harder for kill more people.

You should ask anti-gun organizations, not me so don't ask me again.

I was asking you because you were the one who brought it up.

It was anti-gun organization's idea, not me so you asked me about why blamed on NRA so I just gave a reason, also it wasn't me, anyway.

The gun isn't reason that I dislike NRA, it is more of partisan stuff so it has nothing with gun on my side.

I was been watching this on the news and nothing was said about why the shooter pick this gay bar !

The best way is to watch tv, read newspapers and read online. No one news outlet is going to have all the information. It's all soundbites these days and sometimes conflicting information. Just because nothing was said on YOUR tv broadcast doesn't make it true or it didn't happen.

Thank you for clarifying.

I agree.

For y'all, please could you refrain from debating about political or gun so it isn't good news for victims, please. :ty:

Also, you can create other thread.

I am just going to throw in my 2 cents here.

Sure, we can all show respect for the victims and their families, and, I am sure, we can all collectively understand that they are going through a terrible, terrible time of this. Who here has shown any "disrespect'? I haven't seen anyone doing that, so why the need to thrust this upon the entire forum?

Has someone here shown any disrespect to the victims? If so, I am sure they would have been piled on by all the people who have said anything about guns rights, pro and con.

Or, was it an attempt to just shut everyone up? Because that is how I viewed it. An appeal to emotion to take attention away from what the real problem is.

The real problem being - yet again, more people are killed in a gun free zone. Time after time after time after time.

No, not trying to be rude, and no this comment is not entirely directed at you.

Wasn't this simply a hate crime?

blamed on NRA
Seems everything is blamed on the NRA. I am not even a member of the NRA. There are millions of gun owners who are NOT members of the NRA. The millions of members I just described, want our government to follow the USA Constitution. They NRA is there to try and make sure the gov follows it. Some give the NRA donations to force the gov to follow the Constitution. Why is that bad? The public is brainwashed.

I have not kept up with it since the morning news. I believe I heard or read that the shooter mentioned ISIS (called 911?) before he did this.
My 1st thought was a hate crime, and maybe it was and he was just "adding" the ISIS to it - maybe to distract from it being a hate crime.
