Florida did for safety reason because they don't want to see angry drunk people shootout in bar, also alcohol has a lot of negative influence on people.

Simply, don't go to bar or club if you don't want to get involved with surprise and problems.

The gun isn't majority concern for election so most people concerned about economy, immigrant and inequality, also many jobs went to oversea and many people can't find good paying jobs with high school education only, even some college graduates work at minimum wage jobs because they can't find position.

That is true for many states, besides FL. Most, law abiding gun carriers do not even drink while carrying their weapons, because, that could mean instant felony. We do not want that. You may not know this, but most, if not all gun owners MUST go through background checks, criminals laugh at that and do as they want.

Well now Lawyers are saying businesses are setting themselves up for failure and to be sued since they dont allow guns or provide any means of protection ( a bouncer aint shit ) That the general public can start sueing in injured, death of a family member...ect.... I agree, they are denying us our freedom.

I don't think there are purpose at bar if anyone isn't drinking at all.

I rather to ban on sale of guns for anyone who suspected of terrorist or under FBI/state radar - known as no gun list that similar to no fly list so suspect won't able to obtain the gun legally that you will see on news, so in alternate, they will going to say that suspect obtained gun illegally.

Also, surprise, Orlando suspect is US citizen too.

The businesses could claim that Florida law prevented them from allowing guns in bars and clubs so blame on state of Florida.

Even businesses allow gun isn't immune from lawsuit either.
 
if this was a church of christians as an example or a club of pagans..as an example wiccans, or a hetro singles bar..
would the cross or the pentagram be given the same symbolic coverage as the rainbow flag has in this instance?

We already have that: To purchase a firearm in America, you have to complete the ATF Form 4473. Then a federal firearms license (FFL) can: Contact the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) through a state government contact who conducts NICS checks.

They supported the Taliban.

No, businesses have a choice to allow ( except certain criteria ) like a bar/grill where a certain amount of food is served as well... But that can all be changed by either eliminating alchohol or adding food....

I have been prepared for quite sometime. I have also been that "weird crazy republican" that has been warning everyone about the coming tsunami.
