I can't wear flip flop outside until sprained ankle is healed. I flipped my ankle when tried to bring the office chair down from stair on Saturday morning.

Keep it elevated and ice compress. I sprained my ankle before and it is not fun. Maybe get an ace bandage when the swelling goes down.

100 degrees here and Im cutting grass, working in an un-conditioned garage, no fans.... feels great to sweat.

Whoa boy, it sure is hot and humid today. 82f but, real feel is 98f. Was supposed to trim the hedges today, but..nawww..feels better inside w/ A/C.

I don't have same body to handle much heat like you, also I'm prone to heat exhaustion easily so I don't go outside in summer. I prefer to deal with harsh winter than extreme heat.

My ankle has been better today but still little swelling and very mild pain.

I went to ER on Saturday night because pain was bad and x-ray result showed normal with little tear so they gave me to wear splint.
 
have you experienced harsh winter yet?

I was talking about the discussions about weather. You could certainly ignore those and/or take it to the weather thread. ;)
 
Harsh heat vs harsh cold. Which can you tolerate best? That seems like a great debate.
