That still did not answer my question about you lying .... still waiting ...

several ADers in here have repeatedly asked you for any supporting facts for your claims... which you failed to provide.

and you have repeatedly said that you're "reserving your judgment" and yet... you have already judged and decided from the very beginning.

so I can't really help you at this point. it's the lost cause.

I read that he went out to get a manager or usher to help him with the texting complaint. Don't know for sure.

If he was carrying a concealed gun it was most likely already loaded. People don't usually carry unloaded guns.

yea and he didn't get to speak with the manager because he was busy with other patron... so Curtis got all mad and went back in.

You have not answered my question, you lied about something I said. So let's leave it at that. :cool2:

Now, you are making a claim that I have not reserved judgement, so time to back up that claim.

Where have I discussed the guilt, or innocence, of either party? (speculating on what could, or might, have happened is not making a judgement on what actually happened).

All you have to do, is stop avoiding and trying to weasel out of the very specific question I have already asked you, and answer it. very simple.

so.... you're not gonna list out exactly which part did I lie about?

The movie theater doesn't allow any weapons, including firearm, so Curtis broke the rule….
Not necessarily.

First, the prohibition has to be legally posted (there are rules about the signage that some places don't observe).

Second, retired, off-duty, and on-duty law officials are exempt from most "no gun" notices.

Alone retired cop at age 71 years old, carry a gun to the theater Is it normal? :hmm:

I don't believe a retired police officer should be exempted. once you're retired, you should be living like all regular folks. the notion of a retired police officer being afforded an "exalted" privilege that no regular folk can have is outrageous.

this just reminds me to check my CCW permits.... one of them is expiring soon so I just sent in a request for renewal package....
TCS and I just renewed our permits online a couple days ago.

Your personal belief that a cop should not be exempted has no legal standing whatsoever. Just because you believe something should have legal standing does not give it legal standing.

like Curtis... you're a very bizarre person.

what is the point of shooting in front of people ?? :ugh: bitter retire cop killed the father who has only one , 3 yrs old daughter. oh my god.

You do realize that Curtis Reeves was a highly trained and decorated retired police officer that helped establish the tactical response team in Tampa, Florida? That several of his commendations were dispute resolution? That he had no history of violence and an impeccable service record?

So, whatever actions he took MUST have been required since he was a highly trained law enforcement officer that was allowed to carry concealed anywhere, in any State? That he was "the professional" of his field? If you cannot trust the professionals, who can you trust?

You also realize that all of the facts have not been revealed in this case, and inaccurate reports from the media have already been pointed out? :cool2:

I wonder if you would change your tune if Chad was a former Navy SEALs with several tours in Afghanistan and Iraq and a very decorated soldier and Curtis was just some grumpy old man....

HHHHMMMMMM!!!!

I would do it too if the law allows it. why? just because... and you won't even know I'm carrying it.

I have a good friend, and do hang out/chat with him at my work. He's a 63 yrs old, retire detective (for over 20 yrs of cop/detective). He works in my building. He said that nobody should have let this incident get as far as it did. the retire cop was wrong for even pulling the gun out.

retire cop could have gotten the refund and come back. it costs around 12 bucks.
