Okay, at first it was about voting for Palin, then Alaskan culling of wildlife, selective abortion, hunting air/land, and then baby cubs. I can't even keep track of everything on this thread. Good thing I didn't say anything about the poor cubs. That tears at my heart too. I feel so awful about baby animals too.

So thanks IslandGal for covering my back.

I didn't say she started in on them but she did mention them so how was I wrong in my response. Show me; I have no problem apologizing if I was. This is exactly how things get out of hand so let's nip it in the bud right now, okay?

You're not the only one but I did, thru several posts, show how I was able to try and remove the emotional issues surrounding this. I feel equally as bad but it is a necessary thing because for legislatures to bow to the emotions in this case would be to cause a greater, more horrid happenstance to these animals. Just about every State has these provisions in place and they are used only when necessary.
 
Why feel sorry for baby wolf? what about baby rabbits? baby moose? They're getting killed by wolves. lot of hungry wolves.

Yep. I stepped into this thread, and got shot at for veering off topic when many people have done so before me, and find out what a great friend I have watching my back. A good day for me, indeed!! Good thing I did not say anything more about everything on this thread!!!!

I'm sorry you feel like I "shot" you down even though I did add a disclaimer. I go off topic on occasion; I just wanted to zero in on, "hunter", because it is crucial to the whole thread. See ya around...good to have you here.

its necessary to keep balance in an ecosystem. Too many of one thing is bad for everyone. I dont advocate shooting spikes, cubs, puppies, whatever but if you have to balance out an enviornment by all means go right ahead.

I didn't ignore the video; I looked at the whole thing. There was nothing in it that showed Palin firing at bear cubs in a tree.

The links, I provided that Palin is for to shoot the wolves, bears and cubs out of pleasure but you choose to ignore or deny it... It's not my problem. I only give the links over shoot wolves, bears including cubs.

I did not ignore anything. I looked at every link and video. There was nothing in any of them that showed Palin firing at bear cubs in trees. None of your links support your false claim.

I'm with Reba and Maria. I am going to vote for McCain/Palin. I don't believe about CNN, Snopes, Headline CNN are made up a false statement to against Palin. Everyone want to see Palin look bad. How you would find a food for hungry? If you say bear. Don't you mind for bear attack on you. What you will do? You have to use a knife or rifle shoot at bear. Will you eat a bear's meat?
