I already read a lot of histories about religions and there are plenty of information online but you are not familiar with LGBT history so that why you need to check.

Homosexuality was devalued for centuries.

Yes, Christians enjoyed their privilege and they had really decent living for many years as many gay men locked in mental institution or chronic homeless.

Hate to say, the article you posted is myth.

You believe in unusual, bizarre articles, but it does devalue the homosexuality more further, that's bad.

No, I don't believe in the God anymore but honest with you, you are partially contributed that I converted to atheist because you constantly attacking on homosexuality instead of balance between two factions.

I was humiliated by anti-gay Christians that shared hateful information about homosexuality, even bisexuality is no good so they are encouraging me to commit suicide because I'm not belong to society.

Those will not happen if you don't promote the anti-gay environment and it will not change about how LGBT people but it will make worse.

If you are complicated about homosexuality so it is best interest for you to not discuss at all and discuss about anything based on myths are discouraged.

The world looks better without social war but if you are getting in social war, it make anything worse, even devalue the homosexuality and Christianity together. It is best to treat everyone with respect instead of war with them.

Josh Duggar's father brought in a family friend (State Trooper) to have a talk with Josh. And that state trooper did not report it to police department. That is a pretty serious dereliction and that's probably because he was a pedophile.

no it was not reported. that's why there was no official investigation launched on this matter until this State Trooper was arrested.

this took over 3 years for authorities to launch investigation and unfortunately the statute of limitation had already expired.

my point is - you're downplaying this issue.
my point is - both the church elder and state trooper failed to report the matter immediately and officially.
my point is - I'm disturbed by the thought that you're supporting a sexual predator all because he's a religious man.

You just said they reported it but the trooper didn't press charges.

So, did they report it, or did they not report it? If the State Trooper knew why he was talking to Josh, then the Duggars reported it.

Now, why would I want to downplay something that a teenager did 13 years ago? I mean gosh, I will stop what I am doing right now and give my complete and total attention to this matter right away!!! :roll:

Although it may be true that many sexual predators, rapists, and pedophiles begin at an early age - it begs the question - was it reported? was it dealt with? at the time it happened like with Josh Duggar (which was 13 years ago)?

Again, if a State Trooper was talking to Josh Duggar, and knew why he was talking to him, then the Duggars reported his behaviour. Period. End of discussion.

You can't compare Hitler to LGBT people today - a lot of questions and different time.
