It is obviously that he is defending the Christianity, even if it is deed as hate and pedophilia.

There are a lot of ugly histories about Christianity, even Catholic vs. Protestant in many centuries ago.

It looks like he isn't going win to defend the "traditional" marriage based on evidence, especially Nazi thing.

I had never even heard of them, or their show, until Josh made front page news everywhere .. and quite frankly, I was like "huh? what's all the fuss about? Are you familiar about FRC? They are regressive anti-gay rights, that's not about gay marriage only but they want to kill the LGBT communities.

You should care about your publicity and you have to be careful about two factions. You should treat them with respect and don't like gay marriage? Sure, why are not you tell the government to put state out of business to handling the marriage case like Alabama is doing right now.

I prefer to have Josh Duggar punished more harshly because sex crime against children are bad as murder. It will force Josh Duggar to receive counseling service thorough the APA (more effective when court getting involved) and proper medical treatment.

There are drugs that is ability to completely shut the sex attraction out of body, that what they used to treat homosexuality about 50 years ago before APA no longer declare homosexuality as mental illness.

I believe they should have been dealt with properly. in Josh Duggar's case... it wasn't handled properly and everything was covered up. Both State Trooper and church failed to notify the authorities about it. Again - the State Trooper wasn't acting in the capacity as a cop... that was a serious dereliction of his duty.

I am deeply concerned for the victims' well-beings and there may be more other victims who have not come forward yet.

once a sexual predator, always a sexual predator. Josh Duggar exhibited all behavioral signs of sexual predator and like I said... all sexual predators/rapists began at young age and they do not stop. that's why there are several victims over the span of few years. they're only sorry after they get caught and Josh Duggar got caught.

You are not even a child psychologist with the ability to make a judgment based off a news report. Your trying to nail a guy to a wall based on a news report. That are people want teens and adults to be shot for molest the children and you should know that molest the children are serious crime that where charge as adult could ground a life in prison.

We posted about definition of pedophilia. The psychologist/psychiatrist is only specialist that diagnose the pedophilia and I believe that court could order mental evaluation for defendants after they commit sex crime against children, including child pornography so force them to receive a treatment.

If you think it is not big deal but many of us see as big deal.

FYI - Josh Duggar wasn't a pedophile. A pedophile means an adult sexually assaulting a minor.

Josh Duggar was a minor when he sexually assaulted several victims so he's not a pedophile. We do not know yet if Josh Duggar as an adult has sexually assaulted children.

What should have been done is Josh Duggar having a talk with a professional counselor specializing in this kind of case.... not a "family friend" for some "stern talk". The church elders and a law enforcement officer are obliged to report it to the authorities. The victims should have been checked out by counselor as well. None of that has happened as it should have.

That is what I'm having my pitchfork and torch out for. We must make example out of Josh Duggar, church elders, and state trooper so that the entire country is aware and know that they are obliged to report it to the authorities for any case of child abuse - including a minor as aggressor.

I believe that people are angry because the Duggar's are very oppionated when it comes to anything to do with sex. They must stay pure!! They can not date, they must court which means a chaperone is with the couple at all times. No kissing, side hugs only and holding hands is fine only after you have become engaged but you must still have a chapperone until the day you're married where you will finally get that "first kiss". The girls can not wear pants, only skirts or dresses and they must cover the knee. Their also not allowed to cut their hair. The girls are not allowed to go away to college. It's expected for the girls to marry young and have as many babies as possible. They even joke for the girls to beat their mom's count of 19 kids. So your on tv preaching purety yet your family is not pure there were mistakes. Maybe if this family was not on tv and preaching their ways.......then maybe it could have stayed buried. I worry about the girls this happened to.

He was 14 years old and his dad turned him in. It also appears he underwent counseling, admitted he was wrong, and corrected his behaviour.

In other words, it appears he is light years ahead of those who do not admit that what they are doing is wrong.

Anyways ... he was a kid. Kids sometimes do very foolish and stupid things. Especially teenage boys.
