Not at all..... Obamacare was passed by the U.S. Congress therefore Federal law. :lol:

you might want to check what's in there. hint - it's not just mandatory insurance. The state will be enforcing it and mandating it.

beside - nothing to cry about. the ink's not dry yet. the mandatory insurance clause will most likely get thrown out in a year or 2.

Yup, that's what I was predicting but after Supreme Court strike it down so some states are still free to pass own mandatory insurance coverage instead of federal level, especially Mass is one of them.

no. It won't be Supreme Court. The Senates will remove it.

Sure, my friend stated his argument about without mandatory insurance coverage wouldn't help keep insurance cost so low so do you agree with his argument?

For me, I have no opinion on it.

Never in a million years. We are finally looking at health care reform. Those who are so afraid of it need to pull up their big boy pants and big girl panties and deal with it.

Unfortunately, the money isn't there for health care....certainly not for every single person.

"Can't"? Ah boo hoo

No one has a problem helping people who truly can't help themselves. It's those who "can't" take care of themselves that need to pull up their panties and stop complaining. The big difference you mention is between can't and "can't"
