No, I didn't. Look at your post number 142 in the Muslim thread.
Context, context, context.
You'll have to explain how my post #142 has to do with human rights violations.

Then why did you post " All the markings of an intolerant society, eh?" in response to mine in your post #314? What were you trying to say or do then?
Well, if the Federal government can order American citizens to buy health insurance, they can order you to do anything. If, the insurance mandate is upheld, then it will be the end of the American way of life and government. It could affect your private life as well. Soo, does that mean you have to choose what an option your going to have? I think not, because if you refuse to buy health insurance, they will tax you. What choice do you have then?
Obviously, there's virtually nothing IN choices. All they want is YOUR money. They are not satisfied. They want MORE. They are money-hungry.
correction - it's the state government that will require you to get health insurance in a couple years. so that means.... your home state will require you to get the health insurance, not Obama.
10th Amendment - the federal government cannot compel the state to enforce federal laws
If it is a federal law how is it that the state is the one requiring it.
perhaps you should re-read Obamacare.
But it is a federal bill signed by the federal government that requires us to have insurance.
People are willing to pay property taxes so what's the problem?

Not true.....If so how would the IRS enforce it....
it is federal law to not drink under 21 years old but is the federal government enforcing it? do you see the federal agent arresting teenager for drinking booze?
The 10th Amendment allows the state to disregard the federal law. A few states have already done so.
they most likely can't.
Drinking age is not a Federal law. State Law that the Feds (Reagan) coerced the state's into passing
