Go back and re-read Txgolfer #177. There is a word, "conclusions", in it.
You were just playing games (#178) and bringing "opinions" into the equation.
You already knew that by switching the words, a whole different meaning comes into play. When are you ever going to learn to stop playing games? There are other web sites for game playing.

Stand Your Ground is only applicable if someone is an aggressor especially in unprovoked situation. I'm the biggest supporter of Stand Your Ground. But in this case, the incident was started by Zimmerman thus making him an aggressor.

My view with Stand Your Ground law should be limited to somewhere in situation like home whatever someone break in aka burglary, just like most states do, or any suspicious person have deadly weapon so it is okay to shoot them as self defense on public place. I think you explain to me about equal power or something.

Yup, I don't think that Martin's case is hate crime, except for media to carry like that.

that's called Castle Doctrine where self-defense law is limited to your home.

Stand Your Ground is an expansion of Castle Doctrine where it extends to wherever you are at any time. I support this law.

Several cases including Supreme Court cases have already established that Stand Your Ground is not applicable in a case where an armed citizen is an aggressor or if an armed citizen intentionally and/or unnecessarily involved himself in a conflict.

Stand Your Ground law means someone's life must be in threaten to make justifiable to shoot at unarmed person at park?

That's concerned me because there are some people are crazy and want to shoot anyone, even me for no reason, or they don't like my personality so shoot me and they claim as self defense. I noticed about Alabama has one.

I wasn't referring to Zimmerman's case. I'm just stating what the law currently says.
