Hmmm...does that mean Judge Stanley Birch is covertly supporting "activist judges"?
Well, he is supporting the judges who are believing in upholding the law.

ok.... these "right-to-life" zealots are definitely out of control. Here's some excerpts:
Norm Olson, senior adviser to the Michigan militia and pastor of a strong right-to-life church in Wolverine, said Tuesday he had put together an unarmed coalition of state militias that were prepared to storm the Florida hospice where Terri Schiavo has been left to die, and take her to a safe house.

Olson said he needed only the OK from Schiavo's father, Robert Schindler, either directly or through his attorney David Gibbs, to put the plan, called "Operation Resurrection," into action on Sunday.
"We would have overwhelmed the local law enforcement," Olson said, adding the militias would not have been armed.
Olson said the other reason for the plan was to put Florida Republican Gov. Jeb Bush, the brother of the U.S. president, on the spot.

"He would have had to send in state police or the National Guard to turn us away," Olson said. "None of us believe that he is helpless. He is the chief officer of the state and has the power of executive clemency. (Jeb) Bush was a liar when he said he couldn't do it. He knows his office has to represent the people. And judges have to know they are not infallible. All this was thwarted by Gibbs."

If they do terrorize the hospice and cops for real, I hope FBI and DHS will arrest them for terrorism activity.

Let the zealots try it! They won't get past the front door. There's a court order in place, and if anyone tries to intervene, they WILL be arrested. Period.

But, I agree with you. If someone is that dumb, they should be charged with terrorism.

Boy, that would roast their butts!

 Sorry, but I find the idea that someone would actually try to kidnap her upsurd.

I saw Terri lying in the bed on the TV yesterday.

She look very peaceful and very calm. No sign "fighing" shows as what Terri's parents claimed but very sweet and peace.

I feel want to hold her until she go to heaven peaceful.

I notice some of your posts saying that Michael broke his marriage vow because he "cheat" his wife Terri with other woman and have 2 kids with her.

Well, I would like to give you an example:

http://www.alldeaf.com/showthread.php?t=16038

"satisfaction in life (was) impossible ... along with fulfillment of marriage in its deepest sense."

Terri CAN'T give Michael what he needs is:
satisfaction in life, also fulfillment of marriage, sex, love, talk, walk hand in hand, share the discussion, laugh each other, share the cook, foods etc. etc. etc. You can't expect Michael sit and watch Terri rest of his life whom he knows none of therapies would help her.

The therapies will NEVER get Terri back as normal person. Perhaps can talk like 10 months old baby.

I see nothing wrong that Michael has other woman because it took him 2 years to find other woman and start a family with her. Most men or women married few weeks after death of their partners which is a disgusting. Yes, Michael is not perfect but I'm sure that he is not worst man in the world.

A person generously doused in morophine generally is peacful looking. Even after your leg has been blown off by a landmine. By "fighting", they meant she is clinging to her life. She is not trying to die. But I guess by now the
"right-to-death" zealots are getting what they want. Maybe we have discovered a better way to execute murderers. And Alzhimers patients. Death by dehydration. Tongue swollen and pasted to the roof of your mouth.

I agree with Codger. Terri was too doped up on Morphine to move anything. People sees her and said "Oh, she looks so peaceful"....BUT, they have NO idea what Terri was really feeling INSIDE. :/

Now the hand washing can begin. Michael Schiavo, his hired gun "doctors", the nurses who went along, the lawyers, the judges, the politicians, the pro deathers all can start washing their hands just like Ponteus Pilat. Guess what? It won't wash off.

Now that Terri has passed away, Michael can run around excitedly, crying, "I'm free, I'm free!" :thumbd:

...And everyone else can say, "Thank GOD it's all over!!!"

I just found out that Michael Schiavo threw Terri's parents out and would not let them with her while she took her last breath. But after she died, they were allowed back to be with her and to pray over her.

How can Michael be so cruel to them by denying them the opportunity to be with their daughter at the moment of her death? *Shakes head disgustedly.*

True, I never thought about morophine. You remind me of my mother-in-law who suffered brain tumor received morophine injection to save painful.

I didn´t know that Terri received morophine. It´s good for her to save suffering.

Thank for clarify. :ily:

:slap: If i didnt care, i wouldnt post in here. it just makes me laugh that people are mourning for one person, while there are millions of people who are dying of starvation, wars, murders, etc. You people are selfish.
