You are still ahead of most. I'm sure you will remember the discussion about 3 years ago, where actual sections of the reform were used to show where people here were under serious misperceptions regarding what the reform provided for. You know, back during the idiocy of the 'death panel" scare and such.

And you are correct...going to play billiards in Queens could easily be seen as a pre-existing condition putting you at risk. Claim denied!

I don't claim to have read the entire health care bill but I have researched it extensively for my blogs. I doubt seriously the claims by any who states they have read all of it.

Maybe if you had, you would not be asking people to back things up with facts that are clearly contained in legislation.

Just because you don't have the patience to wade all the way through it, or get bored before you get through it, or whatever your excuse is for not reading it all, doesn't mean that others cannot and do not, take the time to be fully informed about the issues. **shrug**

I have already spent enormous amounts of time on AD debunking these absurd claims about health care reform by the conservative fear mongers with actual and specific excerpts from the bill. I see no need to do it again. Those that are determined to remain ignorant, will remain ignorant.

It doesn't surprise me in the least that you would doubt it. You seem to suffer under the misperception that your experience is universal.

I am pretty sure it would be a safe bet that if you cannot understand how to use the word "behooves" then you do not fully understand the implications of what this judge had to say.
