Arizona governor signs immigration bill

Then open up new jobs... reduce unemployment rate.

Yeah... I think it's sustainable. Don't you? For every four illegals in jail, a newly-employed American can support with his tax dollars since there's no more illegals stealing jobs from the average Joes.

You means in Mexico?

That's just ridiculous thing about what you are saying.

Illegal immigrants alone are CIVIL issue, not crime but it will be crime if they commit crime, such as murder, rape, theft, assault, etc so police will have check their immigrant status as secondary after suspect of crime.

Again, not ALL illegal immigrants are commit crime but just some of them.

Some of them illegal aliens are just going from Nogales to Tucson to eat dinner with their family. Maybe spend a whole weekend.

You misunderstood my post so let me rephrase for you, I means ICE agents are getting deal with illegal immigrants, same word for taking care, such as arrest, deportation, court, detention, etc.

Polices are supposed to focus on crime that anyone commit but not any illegal immigrants whoever haven't commit crime yet so it is waste for them to do job since ICE agents is responsible to crack on illegal immigrants since police will do if it is secondary case after suspect of crime.

Illegal immigrants aren't crime but more civil issue so they are punishable by federal immigrant law, of course.

Last paragraph, I already know that ICE is part of federal agency so I'm not dumb about anything so DUH!!!!

Again, local law enforcement agencies are required to enforce federal immigration law provisions. That is exactly what the governor of Arizona did when she signed that bill that was passed with overwhelming bi-partisan support by giving police the means to question people, as long as they have a “reasonable suspicion” that someone is an illegal immigrant, their status.

Only applies to secondary case.

Primary case would be ICE agents.

You do know we're in middle of a recession... worst one since the year I was born.

Speaking of which... that's ironic... born during a recession... became a legal adult prior to the headstart of a recession.

Ah... destiny. It has come full circle. It was meant to be, you know?

Ah, heck. They committed a crime just being here, and if all we do is deport them then they will just keep coming back so....

We should throw them all in jail and support them for the rest of their lives.

Now why didn't I think of that?

Cheaper to deport them (along with other measures like better fencing, monitoring, and additional tools for police to have) than to let them remain here in the U.S. sucking up resources and our tax dollars every single day for years.

Not if illegal immigrants commit murder or rape against American citizens so they need sentence to life in prison or death penalty.

Hence, note the word YOU are using "illegal"

Illegal means "prohibited by law." Meaning it's a crime to go against the law. Sneaking into the U.S. without proper documentations is breaking the law, hence illegal. That *is* committing a crime. Sorry.

Yup, I know that we are in worst recession and got it about what you are talking.

It is quite confused to read your post but oh well.

And what about those who would be doing work "Americans" would rather collect welfare or beg than to do, such as pick oranges or tomatoes? Perhaps the first step should be to make it more desirable and easier for people who are willing to do an honest days work to be here legally.

And "additional tools" have first and foremost always been used against the citizens themselves.

Communist Russia had an excellent tool. If you wanted to spend the day in the next larger city to shop or visit your friends you had to apply for police permission.

Do we want that?

What kind of a country do we want to live in?

We catch illegals all the time and deport them for being here illegally without proper documentations.

Aliens Lacking Proper Documentation
Aliens who fail to maintain proper or valid documentation such as passports, visas and border crossing cards are considered to be status violators and may be subject to exclusion, removal. Examples of status violators include:

Aliens without any documentation
Aliens who work without authorization
Holders of expired passports or visas
Nonimmigrant visa holders who intend to remain permanently in the United States
Persons holding special permit visas or reentry permits that were improperly issued to former residents whose original residence was not lawful or whose absence was not temporary
Holders of immediate family member visas who are later found not to be immediate family members
Holders of visas that were obtained by fraud, fraudulent means, or the willful misrepresentation of a material fact

That's your opinion since I considers them as more civil issue than crime.

Illegal immigrants are refer as undocumented aliens so nothing to say illegal as prohibited because US has different laws about deal with them and depends on court. Sometime, illegal immigrants could become legal immigrants after court clears out due asylum reasons.

You aren't talking to my post quote so please reply about illegal immigrants whoever commit MURDER or RAPE against citizens in US so they should be life in prison or death penalty.

Which is why we provide work visas like the H2A for temporary agriculture workers. My aunt runs a huge cherry farm on the west coast and documentations are legally required of these migrant workers. They are given proper shelter and provision while they work there.
USCIS - H-2A Agricultural Workers

I've no problem them being here as long as they have the proper documentation to come here and work, or if they desire, become a citizen someday. Why should illegals get a free pass while millions others followed the law to ensure that they are in compliance?

Work visa has quota limit so not easier for some people.

That's fine, about the illegals that is.

But don't the legal ones have the rights to walk around without fear of harassment or without having to be checked? I am willing to bet that non-Latinos don't have to worry about that.

They are here illegally...hence, a crime was committed entering the United States without proper documentation. That alone should be sufficient to require deportation back. This is done on a daily basis. Being here illegally is a crime in the first place.

has committed a federal crime.
