You know you're a conservative when....

I don't know how I missed this thread for so long. Thanks for sharing this, Jillio! I got a good laugh out of it! :laugh2:

Well, folks, it looks like we have one to add to the list.

You know you are a conservative if your steal something belonging to a liberal, and claim to have "found" it.

Or how about this:

You know your a conservative when you support abstinence only programs as the only acceptable form of sex ed in the schools, and then parade your own preganant, unmarried, teenaged daughter (who is a product of these failed abstinence only programs) in front opf the American public and claim pride in her actions.

Ouch! :smash:

None of the links provided explain how it is this poster comes to the conclusion that Obama is a socialist. Such an explanation couldn't be given for claims that he is a Marxist, and they can't be given for claims that he is a socialist, because no explanation exists to support such. It is simply a matter of not understanding the word used, and using it only because, to them, it sounds like it is something horrible and evil.

Exactly! :gpost:

I'm surprised no one has posted a "You Know You're a Liberal When..." in direct opposition to this thread. :laugh2:

You think high numbers of poor people and minorities voting could mean that there is voting fraud going on, but you see no problem with partisan Republicans like Katherine Harris and Ken Blackwell being both the heads of committees to elect Bush AND being able to certify the vote too.>>> Nope, I think it is the other way around.. I believe those who take politics very seriously should come to Acorn for help first. People who are clueless about politics and cared less about voting should not be voting just because someone says so... And I think Acorn need conservative (and many other parties) volunteers too. If they have a problem with that, then they have no business registering people to vote. Or less be neutral about it.. but we all know that Acorn heavily favor democrat party.

Because as far as i am concern, you can have a comatose woman Voting for democrat even though if she was not in a coma, she would have voted for a republican (she could have a husband in the room who is democrat "speaking" on her behalf.. just like how some people speak for the deafs on our behalf)

You think that the "common people" have no right to privacy, that the government should have unfettered access to medical records>>>>

isn't that what National Healthcare is?

You are enjoy your life in socialist society because you love to use SSI too much.

Unfortunlately, it's not just SSI, SSA or SSDI but Medicare/Medicaid, public schools, police, food stamp, road/infrastructure building, firefighters, water, tax code subsidies, etc. as well...

Oh yes, the bailout is a form of socialism if the banks mess up, then the government helps them.

well america is not socialist. therefore we have not exerperience it yet. Government is the one who are bossy! oh well.

Too bad that getting married at a young age is bad. I guess that's what we get when college became a must.

 What does college have to do with anything? I know alot of college students who get married young. One does not have to exclude the other.

That's ridiculous. Obviously, someone who is comatose can't vote. If her husband is in the room, he can't place a vote for her. If he does, that's considered voter fraud unless this woman is visually impaired or blind and can't read the ballot.

 How does someone rely on SSI "too much?"

Since when did we live in a socialist society? George W. Bush has been President for the past 8 years. If you think we live in a socialist society, you can blame him.

Exactly.. would you be suspicious if Acorn went room to room in Nursing homes of stoke resident that can't speak for themselves because they are just trying to help?
