It's not punishing.. it's monitoring them.
Same difference.

I suppose theft security in stores is a punishment too.
You think that the "common people" have no right to privacy, that the government should have unfettered access to medical records>>>>
isn't that what National Healthcare is?
You know you are a conservative when the number of conservatives people is getting smaller and smaller, and you knew your life may be harder than you could imagine. That explains why you are nothing but an uneducated, a narrow-minded, hateful, uncool, and uptight, crazy religious wackos, with nothing positive going for you. Oh, and of course, you are out of touch with contemporary life. Yep, you are so evil. <grins>
You know you are a liberal when the number of liberals is getting bigger and bigger, and you knew everything will be all right. Indeed, it would make your life so easier. That also explains why you are simply awesome as non-judgemental, stylish, hip, fun-loving, well-groomed, sensitive, sociable, and everything positive for you, and anything is no negative. Yep, you are so good! <winks>
But, if you are a liberal, yet you defend conservatives after reading this post ... you are obviously do care. If not, oh well. :P
You are enjoy your life in socialist society because you love to use SSI too much.
Unfortunlately, it's not just SSI, SSA or SSDI but Medicare/Medicaid, public schools, police, food stamp, road/infrastructure building, firefighters, water, tax code subsidies, etc. as well...
Oh yes, the bailout is a form of socialism if the banks mess up, then the government helps them.
