Sound like fun planning the party. :)

My son was 3 we had Chuck N Cheese party...it went well but PRICEY! He did that 2 years in a row (when he was 4, not many kids came, so I only had 2 kids :( ) So hope this February birthday will be better....wait and see!

FC - does hoby loby have Disney Princess themed party stuff? I hear you get party stuff for nearly dirt cheap in there. I may go have a look sometime this week just to go and see.

Also how did you like that 20 degree cool off last night?? That was NICE!! Me and Maddie played outside for about hour after that, until the mosquitos came out.

oh sound fun to plan the party! i am not sure if HObby Lobby have that.. but you could call and find out? i havent gone there in long time...ha.. though i need to.. heh

yes i noticed that it was not hot yesterday but it was muggy yeah... but not HOT... yayay! ha... i got to spend time with my cats n dogs outside.. :)

i found another kitty dead. i suspected as it was from heat wave... poor kitty.. my brothers dog name Squeaky is dead too.. from heat wave... she was old.. 17 yrs old.. let her outside for bathroom by the time she got to porch. she died.. too much for her... poor thing.. :( at least she lived a long life.. shes a yorkie.. sorry im a bearer of the bad news.. i culd use good news...sigh...

Aww Im sorry to hear that FC, :hugs: I hope things get better over the next few days. Better enjoy the cool down while you can they predict it to get back up in the 100s by Wednesday. Is there anyway possible you can keep your pets indoors under the AC during the day?? I think this might help, it will give them a relief from the stiffling heat.

As for the birthday party - Im still bouncing ideas around in my head. I think we will go ahead and have it here at the house and go from there. If we need to change the venue to the park, or even the city pool (if we can reserve it for a party that late) then go from there. Here at the house we have a playset, the nice ones with a fort, slide, rockwall, 2 swings, glider, monkey bars, etc on it. We also have a pool, 2 sprinkler toys, and a huge water gun (Muahahaha!) So far the guest list includes all 4 of Maddies cousins, three of her classmates from school, and my pastors kids, 1 of whom is in my daughters SS class - so thats roughly 10 kids, one of which is special needs, but I dont mind. Do you think that is about right for a first birthday party??

Also - this morning I had another episode in church - from what Ive gotten, I was out for about 2 minutes then came to. My blood sugar dropped again, and they were about to call for an ambulance. I told em dont waste the Medics time, I wont go, I cant afford an ambulance bill. But they were like we will take care of it, but I still refused. The music minister ended up driving me home in my truck while another church member followed to take him back to the truck. I will write a letter to the church for the pastor to share next week thanking them for their concerns, but I will continue to press on until I am able to get insurance to get checked out properly. As of right now I over qualify for assistance which really kind of sucks, but that is life. Everyone goes through these things, most make it out. My dad fears there is something more than just my blood sugar that is causing this. Whatever it is Im just trying to stay alive at this point in time. Until then...... :hyper:
 
my plans didn't work out for some reasons

I just finally got the laptop to work... made me frustrated,

I'm also sad & frustrated tonight..... hope i have a better day tomorrow
 
Nice sunny day today, Daffofils flowers is coming out when I went for a 20 minutes walk to post office today.
 
A bad start in the morning, hence the traffic on the way to ork :(
 
I woke up at 1 am in the morning and checked outside. Cold breeze blew on my face. My daughter woke up and came with me. She said it is too cold for her because she forgot to bring her jacket. I believe cold is nearing soon. I love stargazing the sky and forgot to tell everyone here that I saw one big falling meteor that amazed me very close to my home. It is not like shooting meteor. It was like explosion bright falling down slowly in sky.

thanks for the :hug: yeah i do keep few kittens here with me to keep them cool.. and rest of the cats are wild .. i cant bring them in..lol but they r older.. they will be ok :)

yes it sound fine to me.. i dont see why u cant have few kids the more the merrier ur dd will have fun!!! can do it at your house.. as long as there are activities n all.. sound fine with me... :)

aww sorry to hear u had another eposide.. ur dad is right .. maybe u have something serious other than what u suspected? its better to get checked.. safe than be sorry... i hope u will consider this... :)

this morning its finally cool!!! wow felt soo GOOD... i got cold the last few nights.. i had to turn the fan off.. LOL... guess fall is coming?? hooray!.. :)

I am looking forward this coming weekend! A friend of ours will get married. It gonna be a lot of fun! Our son will have fun playing with other kids...DHB cannot go due to work..DANG IT!
 
Outside is starting to feel cold. My mom just told me that trees' leaves in her yard turned to yellow.
 
the tree's leaves are turning to yellow here too... but not the oak yet.... but i know fall is coming... my mom said no its due to heat wave.. but every year in aug that tree always changed color to yellow then dropped to ground?? so i know its fall! ha... :)
 
Right...it starting a little bit here too. So fall is coming in couple more weeks!

same here. i saw some tree turned yellow so that mean soon fall.. whoo whoo
 
Just chillin the weather is still hot here did some cooking early in the morning before the heat striked. I am relaxing :)
 
its suppose to get back in 100's by Thursday.. Shit! I wish the hot weather would go AWAY somewhere! just not here! ha... I want the cool temps to stay here! :D

Yeah highlands, heat wave hits hard on tilted earth during summer. Wish that someone can invent world's smallest A/C in cap or hat to keep cool for fun!
