2010 and2011 will be big years for construction.....This winters weather pretty much assured that in the south. So much so I am half tempted to take on some projects....Thank God the other half is saying no let's play.

I thought construction depended heavily on the economy, if no one's got money, no one is building anything.

Insurance......All the lakes are at flood stage as we enter the rainy season...plus the storm forcast is bleak (or great if you do construction) and the economy is back just enough that people are investing in foreclosures but major remodeling is needed because people trash them before they leave. Faxes have been pouring in to me for 6 months.........but I "Just say no".
 
I learned the REAL sign for the word "say"! Apparently, for the past six months, I've been signing something really dirty. Oops! No wonder my ASL I teacher sometimes gave me such weird looks! :lol:
 
Is it posible to learn something and then make the same mistake again???
 
I have re-learned why our local electric company got their old nickname from my brother. Instead of Florida Power and Light, they are Florida Flicker & Flash. Power has gone off 6 times today due to the winds. It's ridiculous!! Winds hover around 2-5 MPH with gust of up to 45 MPH.

LOL! I think that Duke Power in Charlotte NC should be renamed Blackout and Brownout cuz it was quite common where I used to live.

2) dead bodies can still fart

3) a Shart is a shit and fart combined that is because you're overtired and hasnt been to toilet the nerves ending in your rectum got numb the brain couldnt tell which is which so consequencely to a overtired, overeaten person risk of doing a shart

Haha, that reminds me of the movie "Along Came Polly" where that one dude says at that party "dude I just sharted!"
 
I learned that my son has a language disability and that it will cost an arm and leg to fix my SUV. Not a good day. :(

What kind of language disablity is it? I"m sorry about your suv and the news you got regarding your son. It sounds like communications will be difficult for him. :hug:

Processing information..he still continues to struggle with it. Expressively, he is fine. They said they will test him again when he is 6 years old and maybe those problems will be gone. I hope so...

thanks..just a bad day..or bad weekend actually.

3 years ago, when I recognized that something wasnt right, I wasnt worried and thought because I caught his issues early, he would catch up but now, I am starting to worry a bit.
