Just because your parents are over 70 and are not cranky, it doesn't justify you claiming that you don't think elderly people are not grumpy. Just the two of your parents do not speak for the entire population of the elderly. This is why I didn't use absolute quantifiers and instead used "some" or "many".

Either that or they gossip too much. Hahaha.

That is true! It's my grandma and elder aunt love to telling the gossip all the times. After my grandma passed away in 2005. Now my elder aunt is the worst gossiping, negative about religion, bragging about her pride family to my mom. She is driving her nut! She can't stop talking over the phone. My mom hung up on her.

I've seem the most deaf elders love to gossiping and backstabbing,

I believe that their lifestyle are negative because they got married so young as teen and didn't attend to college or dropout of high school. They were addict to alcoholic and lack of eat healthy. That is why they have a mental disorders and live in nursing home. That is so sad.

Just a note ... I know what you mean saying elder as in elderly but some use "elder" as in a travelling missionary like the Mormons do and most of the time they are really young like in their 20's.

Same as Christian. Some people are not in religions and suffer with lifestyle in the past.

I just learned that a friend's friend is considering bribery. I am trying to teach the friend what consequences the friend of hers would have for bribery.

Today, I learn that Qatar hired Nepeal and turn into, sort of, slaves and building stadiums for World Cup 2022. And 1,200 has die by building. It was 500 from last week.

Isn't that murder? Or just being careless with workers? Either way, not a way to treat human beings.

I've heard that when they calculate cost of building a new building, they always include few deaths during constructions. Kinda sad but fact of life.

I found out that my more frequent dreams with me talking and yelling out loud at night are actually symptoms of Parkinson's! Who knew?

I didn't know that Reba, I'm really sorry.

Ever since I got sick I have the weirdest dreams and they repeat themselves often. I yell in my sleep too. I was told, by a really good source, that we dream certain things when we go through some serious life changes. For example, one of my recurrent dreams is that I can't find my car. I come out from work, shopping etc. and my car is always gone.

It's suppose to mean........that I have an internal struggle with losing my independence. I'm sure you are going through some of the same, maybe?

I actually keep a dream journal now. For some reason it seems to help.

I rarely dream, but when I do, it's usually of the wild variety.

From what I have learned on dreams symbols can mean different things to different people so a car won't always mean the same thing to everyone. As it turns out I did have a dream a while ago of seeing a drunk break into my car and crash it. What that really meant was that someone was taking a prized possession and ruining it. And at that time at work some people were taking a web application I developed and they were making it worse trying to fix it up. So I ended up stepping in and got the app working right.

I think everyone dreams. It's that you don't remember it when you wake up therefore you think you didn't dream. Your brain is active while you sleep. If you didn't dream, you wouldn't be here.

Hmm. Maybe that's true. I rarely remember those I do wake up from, so maybe you're right.

Yes, of course dream interpretation will be different for others. Your dream and what you took away as the meaning of your dream are actually quite similar to mine. The car gives you independence. Someone breaking into your car and destroying it, takes away something important to you.

Actually the bolded text is where we differ. A car, to me, is a prized possession, not a symbol of independence.

It sucks to dream a lot. Especially when its nightmare. I rarely go a night without remeberinv what i dreamt

For me, it sucks, flat-out, cause some of them seem to be telling my future, and I wonder if it's actually true or not. Some dreams have already foretold what would happen, so I wouldn't be surprised if it came true again.
