Shel's daughter knows who is willing to make a big effort for her. I would do the same thing.

If I was wealthy, I could hire a PI and hire a top notch lawyer to get her back. However, if she really doesnt want to live here, then what is the point of it? If she was like 5 years old, ohhhhh she wouldnt have moved to Arizona in the first place. I was so pissed when I found out that the law here allows a child 12 and older to make the decision. WTF?

She is on the honor roll and thriving. Not on drugs, running wild or anything so I guess she is ok. She just has a poor role model for how relationships should work. I had a poor role model as well with my parents divorcing and then my mom and her ex breaking up and getting back together several times over the course of 10 years.

Wish life was less complicated....oh well. Just got to make the best of it. I just feel bad for my daughter because she bonded with the 3 kids just like she did with the other girlfriend's 3 boys. Maybe it will make her cherish my son more knowing that he is her brother for life no matter what.

Hubby was sick with it last weekend. Now, my son is sick with it.
 
I learned that some people say certain things and think of themselves as high mighty when they don't know what those people can have just as much as them. So stupid when I hear this one from certain family members.

First time in years! Every bone in my body aches, stomach cramps, and head and chest congestion. Fever and chills. You guys please go get your flu shots. I'm just glad it hit me on a holiday where I could do nothing.
 
Shel, I've seen a lot of kids go through this. She knows that you love her. She will realize that you have her best interests at heart, and you will have a healthy adult relationship with her. I'm just sorry that this is so hard for you.

My son got the flu shot a few weeks ago. Guess that worked very well! I havent gotten mine either. I havent been sick since last January. I think since drinking water with freshly sqeezed lemon every night is helping.

Yeah, really bad role models sadly. Well if you feel like the new person living in the home is a potential danger to your daughter, you could have the situation investigated on suspicion which may reveal other things that are going on that haven't been told yet.

I feel sad for these poor children whose mothers drag them along from one boyfriend's home to the next. There's no stability, and the kids get to see mom being treated like a used tissue. Not a good lesson for children. Please, ladies, if this is the best you can do with your life - do not get pregnant.
