What did you do today?

At best, I played in chicken shit. At worst, it was another grinding day. Not sure how to sum it up.

Aside from work, I went to my DD's parent-teacher conferences today. Found out her classroom behavior has been sub-par. We had a discussion about that already and I told her in the future she will be losing privileges if her behavior does not improve. However I did find out that she is once-again scoring above average for her age-group and grade-level on tests. I hope she makes All A's again this grading period. I told her if she makes All A's all year long, she will get a special treat at the end of the school year. I have it in mind that I will take her to Magic Springs Water Park for a day of fun.

I have no idea of where that is at. The only two water parks I am aware of in this state are Wild River Country and Magic Springs. I can't go out of state as I work 6 days a week and won't get any extra time off until late October or early November.

So far - it's been a quiet day. Took mother to the bank. Made 2 loaves of fresh bread, 1 white and 1 cinnamon raisin, cashed a check for MIL. In a little bit, I have to meet hubby at dentists and then later, daughter has to see a doctor about a new lump in her groin area from the bike accident. Just came up last night.

Perhaps her behavior is because she's bored. She already knows the stuff?
 
Went to work for a half day since I had a court appearance to make today regarding my custody case. It went pretty good although it was kinda draining. Now, I am at home while my coworkers are still at work. :lol:
