I worked I worked and i did some more work :) lovely i'd say.
 
crap I am fight to changelle is very pretty SMF tough!
 
I did lots of grocery shopping to last the next two weeks. We made it to Subway for breakfast, where I had two coupons to buy a drink and get a 6 inch breakfast Sub free.

That really startled the cashier who had a hard time believing it wasn't the other way around.

So we had breakfast for $3!
 
I punched a co-workers nuts :)

He as a " joke " strangled me slightly with his jacket cords ( the ones that are to adjust the hood ) Instead of freaking out, I closed my eyes, relaxed, made a fist and swung back as hard as I could. Needless to say the jumped off of me immediately. He then complained about how much it hurt and that his nuts were throbbing to which I answered " and I give a flying rat's ass because??? "

I mean...come on...that's no way to joke around.

some of today has recently been spent on try to remedy the situation involving possible ingestion of foreign material by one of my three dogs. I came downstairs and found some pieces of rubber-y/plastic paper-thin -type material from my exercise steps, on the floor. The two adults were out in the room; the baby is crated for that reason. However, the young adult Rottie did recently tear up part of towel that was left out for wiping dog and human feet, so due to that and her age <3; the Lab is 13> I suspected it was her who tore the strip or pieces off the stepping platform, which is actually used as stepping help for the oldest dog, to get on the sofa.
So I called our vet and I called a veteran trainer friend of mine and after much consideration decided reluctantly to have her vomit, and I checked it out and - yup - a piece of two of this material. Not much. I had found about 8-10 dime to quarter-sized flaps or pieces on the floor initially.
I just made up some rice and turkey for a bland meal for her tonight - she seems fine but I'll use that for now.

Am so glad it wasn't the whole padding she took off those steps!
Right now she's crated, I may not go to class tonight.
 
I have taken my time with things. Got hubby off this morning then was slow to get breakfast together. Then had a few errands to do. Went to Whole Foods and got myself a non-dairy pizza, a frozen non-dairy dinner and some ice cream made with coconut milk (Mocha Almond Fudge) and some ice cream sandwiches made with coconut milk. (also some rice milk for my bread baking) Then made another bank deposit for MIL, then off to WalMart for the groceries for the end of the week. MIL asked for a heart to heart talk and so we had that. She explained her wishes and thoughts. Things are fine and she may try to clean out some more of her stuff to give me more room. She also filled me in on everything with her medical issues and told me how much worse off she is than she wants hubby to know. She is ready to finish the house updates and then allow herself to go as naturally as possibly.
