Coool!! How big is it? 12 x 12?

Just got back from the ER. I broke a tooth but have antibiotics and vicodin, so expect some foolish posts from me tonight. :D

Well - hubby off to work at 5:30, cat chores, shower, breakfast, cut sons's hair (almost shaved off), made 2 loaves of bread, 1 white and 1 pepperoni, dusted, vacuumed, swept and mopped, made lunch, went to bank and store, played on X-Box (I suck at it), changed bed sheets and now I am here. Still have dinner to do and I was hoping to work on a painting, but maybe Thursday.

Tomorrow, daughter has 2 doctor's appointments and we go to 2 libraries and we will go out to lunch. First appointment is at 8:30 am. She's not usually away until noon, so it will be fun getting her up.

And yes, I did so much today, that I hurt massively right now. Hard time walking, much less standing. Looks like all cooking will be done while sitting on a rolling stool.

There are, I think at last count, 18 casinos in MN. 2 are in the "metro" area meaning anywhere from 0 hours to 1.5 hours' drive depending on where you're located since the metro area is so sprawled out. Since I'm in the northern end, Hinckley was the closest at 1 hour out (and that's not 1 of the two I mentioned in the metro area. Mystic is one.) The rest are sprawled all over the state. Got a lot of Indian reservations here.

18 casinos?!

In my state there's only one casino. If people want to have a flutter on pokies they'd go to a local reserve club or pub.

worked 10 hours today (2 of them without pay) so I can ensure that I am all caught up with my lessons, IEPS, and etc since I will leave work early tmw and Friday.

I'm pretty sure we have a good bit here in Mississippi. I know of a few in the Delta and then TONS of them in the southern part of the state.

I miss Las Vegas where there are millions of casinos!

I just did a google search because I know a new one popped up a year ago or so, and heard one or two closed down (due to location -- in the middle of NOWHEREVILLE) there are now 20, including the one card room that opened up last year. It's just minutes from my house. Man, do I love that place.

I worked, and that's it. :/ I'm just glad I'm not in Wisconsin right now.

(I could say cheddarheads but I'm too nice.)

What's in Wisconsin ?

The Governor is supporting a bill that would cut worker's pay and cut worker's rights by not allowing unions to collectively bargain with companies. He needs an increase in revenue so instead of raising taxes on the millionaires in his state, he is cutting the pay of the middle class and from what I gather all republican governors are going to try this crap in their own states. If this actually happens, within 20 years the middle class will dissappear. There will only be a few very wealthy well-off people and the rest will be poor lower-class people. Look at Egypt. 96% of that country's population lives in poverty thanks to Mubarak. America is going to hell in a hand basket I'm afraid.

What middle class? They have to be a sizable political force before any "additional" taxes are going to be implemented.

Tax the banks.

the mean Badgers vs the steaming Boilermakers in basketball I assume eh?

So far today has been H3LL for me. Up at 5:30 for hubby, then breakfast at 6:30 (instead of 8) littlerbox cleanup, daughter to fist doctor by 8 am, then to Dunkin Donuts, 1 library, across town to the other library, lunch at Pollo Tropical (awesome Caribbean food), then to the orthopedic doctor at 1:30. Finally home at 2:30 to rest and relax. We are all beginning to fall asleep.

At the Badgers' turf. I have a feeling the Badgers will win this one. Then the next game at Ohio State for Purdue. It aint looking good for Purdue. If they lose the next two games - They're aren't in the top 15 at best.

Got the boys off to school....cleaned up, made beds, etc. Gassed up the car, early release day from school, took them to the doctor's office, was there until 4PM. Matt has to go back for an ultra-sound (heart). He has high blood pressure...got meds today at Walgreens for him....fixed an early dinner since they are going to Church at 6pm....I'm tired!
