Thinking about going to Santa Cruz tomorrow. Suppose to be in the upper 80's there which is perfect. It's a long drive though, over three hours one way. For a beautiful day at the beach......so worth it.

Drove to Nevada City today. No smoke, perfectly clear.
 
Sounds like a fun trip... been to Santa Cruz many times. :)

I desperate go to bed but HUGH spider of indescribable proportions hubs refused run round in tightie whites looking for it so in daughters room for night I not going to sleep with monster running around.not good night

We went and it was so so hot. It was close to 100 degrees in Santa Cruz. I don't remember it ever being that hot there. Of course I got sunburned like usual. My new CI ear is totally red. Stupid me. Had a nice time though.

OUCH! Can you put anything on your ear? Glad you had a nice time in spite of the heat and burnt ear.

I like British tv and watch as much as I can pick up over here, mostly from public television. I just loved Last Tango in Halifax. Hope we see more episodes.

I have never watched Big Brother. Not interested. The only reality shows I watch are the cooking ones, Hells Kitchen and Masterchef. They give me inspiration to try new stuff at home.
 
Same here, never watched BB...mainly watch InvestigativeID and Forensic Files.
 
I watch Hells Kitchen too.. and MastersChef when I remember it's on lol.

The only other one I really regularly watch is The Amazing Race.

I've not watched the Investigative one, but I like the Forensic files. Those are more like documentaries. But I don't find them often. I could set my DVR if I put my mind to it! :)
 
my husband went see my mum found her bad shape in side ward doctor took him aside and said this time it definite mum said she happy ready to go and prierst been see her do what was needed..told my sister who rush down hospital see mum sitting up doing crossword
 
I wish whoever is tarring their driveway would hurry up and finish b/c I been smelling in my condo for a week now! It's horrible smelling !
