Nah, doubt it. I did just watch Paranormal Activity 2, though. Maybe the ghost in that movie mooched onto me, somehow... :shock:

Haha, yes, that silly puppy (now a fully-grown dog) has been the cause of many a scratch and bruise, but not this time. Still wondering where the heck that scratch came from haha
 
I officially declare today to be National I love you day! I love you all even if we have our own differences. ;)

I'm off to email and text people I care for that I love them. Carpe Diem.

I still think it was a ghost. I've gotten bruises randomly and have absolutely no idea where they came from. :shock:

I am thinking about his little "ditty" of a saying that I learned long ago as a child.


Why are Fire Engines Red? (they all used to be)

There are 12 inches in a foot. A foot is a ruler. A famous ruler is Queen Elizabeth. The Queen Elizabeth sailed the seven seas. Fish have fins. The Finns fought the Russians. Russians are red, and that's why fire engines are red. Because they are always rushin'!

OMG! I have been seeing the exact same though processes in a thread in current events!:laugh2:
 
I'm thinking of the speed trap we drove through this evening. I had to go to KFC to get MIL's dinner and we noticed on this road that they lowered the speed limit 2 years ago, the Sheriff's dept was out with radar guns and all. Luckily I am ever vigilant on that road, so I set the cruise control for 1 MPH less than the posted speed. On our way to KFC, there was an officer in the middle of the road directing anyone caught to pull onto the side street. On the side street were 2 officers with radar guns and 7 more officers ready to write the tickets. At that time 2 cars were getting ticketed. When we came back just 15 minutes later, there must have been 20 cars getting ticketed. I had someone flipping the headlights on and off right behind me like they wanted me to drive faster. He got pulled and i just about died laughing. Officer gave me a thumbs up.

Over the years, the speed has gone from 45 down to 30.
 
I'm thinking I smelled something burning but nothing shows up.
Must be something wrong with the power point? :dunno:
 
thinking about seeing my brother's girlfriend's house she will be buying on Friday this weekend but got an email from my boss for my 2nd job...I will be scheduled to work 24 hours this weekend. GRRR...maybe some other time.
 
thinking about getting a catnap before the next round of storms move in later tonight...
 
Thinking about today's classes (2nd to last day of classes this semester, the end is soooo near). And also about how good it makes me feel when one of my professors asks me for permission to use my coursework as examples for their future students... It means I didn't bust my ass for nothing :D
 
I'm thinking about the last class I teach in 3 hours and how even though I'm relieved to be done with teaching, I'll still miss some aspects of it.
 
I am thinking I wish I was finishing up the semester at Uni as I would have at least 3 more credits needed squared away.

We have the same type of road out here. There is a road that connects my town with a smaller town five minutes west of here. It went from being an 80km (50mph) road to a 60km (37mph) road due to numerous accidents involving pedestrians. There is a bike trail that crosses two parts of the road. When they first changed it, people were still going 80km-90km... People who would go the speed limit would find a line of vehicles on their asses. To stop this, numerous speed traps were placed all along the road. Every time I would go by certain areas there would always be someone pulled over. Now the majority of people will go 70km on that road (which is fine, you're allowed 17km worth of leeway in Ontario). To this day, there's usually a speed trap set up somewhere along that road.
 
thinking how much I ♥ my new haircut! It's different! :) It brought out all my natural curls.
 
Thinking I need to see if the meat thawed out for dinner. I forgot to pull it out this morning. and, oh da**! I also forgot to make the jello for tonight. I need sleep!!!
