I was just wondering if I could build a gas powered dragon fly. That got me thinking about how hard it is to build mechanical biological replacement parts. Which got me thinking about my CI.

Yeah, I know it's attached to the side of my head... But I'd rather not be thinking about it every day. Sometimes I think my brain is out to get me. :shock:
 
I am thinking that I do not like my new dentist. I got my teeth drilled without pain meds today. It was nerve wracking.

Only on one tooth, it hurted but the other, it didnt but I was shaking from fear.

My dentist said it was due to where they were located. Geez...I think she scared me into brushing my teeth every freaking hour!

you should demand for pain shot.
 
I hate going to the dentist period, but without pain meds is just insane! I think I would continue shopping for a new dentist. I hope your feeling better now that you've had two drinks with no dinner. ;)

If it was determined not needed then insurance wont cover it.

Now, on my 3rd but not even buzzed. I am just on high from my project! I keep looking at it and screaming at my hubby that how wonderful it looks. :laugh2:

this is why I hate dentists... when I was little, on my first visit to the dentist (i was 7) he decided that I didn't need any pain meds to fill a cavity... local or otherwise... so... little 7 year old me getting holes drilled in my teeth when I wasn't really sure what was going on... saw his lips moving, and the nurses holding me down... i did bite his finger though... anywho... this is why I HATE dentists... I don't go unless absolutely necessary (like when I passed out and split my tooth in half)... just brush my teeth... alot...:barf: this is what i feel like i'm gonna do every time i even walk into a dentists office...

Oh, on that one tooth where it hurted, I almost bawled.

It wasnt the dentist fault...it was the insurance's fault. She needs to get paid for her services but unfortunately, if I wanted the shots, it would be $350 each. I cant afford it for both.

What's next...no athesentic for surgery?
