How about the ways in which being deaf has allowed you to take your experience and apply it to increase understanding of other experiences?

I'm not deaf (I keep being reminded of that, lol) but I know that being exposed to deafness on a daily basis has allowed me to understand that music seen is as beautiful as music heard.
