Vicious hate crime attack on white 16-year old boy

bullies need help because they receives lack of attentions then they hurt others for no reasons. Time does not matter. Human needs is important.

It shouldn't have happened because he should had been at home at that time.
No! It shouldn't have happend because people that commit such crimes have no regard for other human beings. That is why it should not have happened.

You see the glass as half full and I see it as half empty. Agree to disagree.

Must be like living in heaven. Where there's no bar stars starting fights downtown between 10PM-3AM on weekdays and noon to 4AM on weekends and on holidays. Where there's no prostitutes, homeless, drug addicts or drug dealers wandering around after the streetlights are dimmed or turned off. Where the desperates don't break into people's homes in order to make ends meet. So, tell me, what is it like to live in a community void of its problems and people do not have to live in fear of who the unknown guy down the streets is and his potential motives?

I am sorry, but where were the parents? Should they not guard their children from the wickedness of jaded people?

If he was at home, they wouldn't have a crime to commit.

if a 16 yrs old boy stays home, then they still manage to hurt other people who are 30 yrs old in the 2 am anyway.

Except only adults I see at 2 in the morning are homeless digging from the garbage can, druggies, drunks, potheads, prostitutes, and drug dealers.

I doubt it. It takes two guys to kick a teen than an adult. Teens are more fragile, and easy targets.

Curfew here is 10PM week nights and 12PM weekends....my boys are not allowed outside at night, unless it's in front of the house. They are not allowed to go to a party on school nights either, just on Friday and Saturday nights. And I take them there and pick them up.

Who knows where the parents were, or even if they knew he went to the party? He could have sneaked out....while they were sleeping. So No, I don't blame the parents if they didn't know where he was. But I would blame them for not picking the teen up at 2AM!....if they knew he went to a party, but still, 2AM for a party to end??...No way!....12 midnight is as late as I will allow my teens out for a party....

And still yet, even if he was out there at 2AM, he didn't deserve this....so a lesson well learned......Sorry it happened, but at least they didn't kill him.

i wouldnt let him go out on tues nite for the birthday party, he's 16 which is still young and its not safe to walk alone late in the morning. some crazy people out there on the street late in the morning, that's scary.

if i were 16 yrs old, i must have my beauty sleep.

don't forget also there are people coming home from a late shift and cops.

There is the solution. No more going outside after dark. Let's all stay in our homes and live in fear of the darkness. Sorry with all due respect I don't agree.

16-year-old teenagers working the late shift? Hmm...

Keep in mind we are talking about a minor, not an adult. Big difference.

What was a 16-year-old boy doing walking around at 2am in the morning?

Just read the article and I'm wondering why he's out so late and why didn't he call his parents? Walking home at 2 am in the morning is not a good idea. Where were his parents in this? :hmm:

That said, I hope both men get thrown in jail for this crime.

I never said 16 year old teenagers were working the late shift. I also don't agree that just because one is a minor that they should not be allowed out after dark. I am finished on my point. Agree to disagree. Peace!!

He still shouldn't had been walking on his own at 2am in the morning on a school night. Plus it's obvious he's a smoker. This wouldn't had happened if he had good parents to start with.

Something's not right with this story. There is more to it.

"The two men robbed the teen, burnt him, beat him, pi$$ed on him and whipped him with this own belt for four hours".

The real issue is that it was racial, if it were the other way around it would have been national news and age would not be a factor.

Lets not digress from that fact please....you must be a liberal Banjo.

How the heck is it the 16 year olds fault that he got beat up by adults because of racism? It really, really really doesn't matter what time of day it was. So basically what your saying is-it's okay for black men to up a 16 year old white boy because the boy was coming from a party early in the morning. Anyone who thinks it's the boys fault sickens me, I think you should seek help, start taking prozak or something.
